This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Prescriptions are never ready at the time they say they will be, will be switching pharmacies today. I have never written a bad review for any business, but this is absurd. Never dealt with this ANYWHERE else. So disappointed.

Moved my pharmacy to Publix almost a year ago and wish I had done it sooner. Where Publix might lack in the convenience of something like a pharmacy drive-thru, they make up with good customer service, efficiency, and kindness. Even when at peak hours they manage the lines well. I’ve had a lot of health issues this last year with a lot of last minute script requests, and they’re always very accommodating and will expedite things if I call ahead and ask. Being open late most days of the week has saved my butt multiple times this year; even those times I come in 10 minutes before closing, they still provide the same great service, and always with a smile. 5 stars for the pharmacy team at this Publix!

I’ve been coming here for years. They go above and beyond to help. All staff is kind, but Jennifer in particular has a great patience with us.

Always super busy, but nice folks. They are often able to fill prescriptions that other pharmacies cannot do. I love that they text me when prescriptions are ready.

Erica in the Pharmacy took my order out the system (even though I NEVER REQUESTED her to do so). It was scheduled for pick up- thanks Erica for prolonging me getting my critical prescription. If anyone deserves to be fired- she does for messing up my prescription. Who is that INCOMPETENT?Thanks for the inconvenience and heartache. I needed that for my adenomyosis intense and debilitating pain and hemorrhaging. What a "great" worker Erica is to the people who NEED medicine. Terrible experience. Unprofessional and rude over the phone. If I could give -5 stars, I would. Thanks for being an "efficient, caring, and great" Publix Pharmacy worker!

0 stars. The staff was polite enough in the start, but I cannot stress how WILDLY incompetent each individual is -which is not what I want to be dealing with particularly when it comes to my health & my prescriptions. Most recently, I needed to get a current prescription refill, so I called in the refill over the automated system, I left a clear specific voice message, and then even confirmed the specific order over the phone with a woman, named “Cheyenne”(sp?), working in the pharmacy. A few hours later I received a text notifying me that my prescription was ready for pick-up. So I headed to Publix where upon my arrival, I waited in line only to be told by the first employee that my refill was not ready yet and it would be a 25 minute wait. So I did some grocery shopping for about 30 minutes & checked out, when I circled back the second employee brought my prescription up and was shocked by the price asking, me if I knew how much was refill was going to cost, which of course I did because it was always $0, she informed me that because they refilled the prescription incorrectly it was going to cost me $80 without reason. If that was the usual cost I would have no issue, however I am NOT going to pay for Publix Pharmacy’s employees’ incompetence. It took all 3 women working behind the pharmacy counter, the oldest rudest one wearing glasses, called Jacqueline I believe, seemed to be in charge -finally the 3 of them came to the conclusion they made an error in quantity & simply needed to change the quantity in order for it to be my normal $0 charge. I was annoyed, but relieved that at least there was a simple solution, however they said that it would be another 1 hour long wait before they would have their error fixed and ready for me to pick-up. So I waited, finally received another text, at this point it so later in the afternoon, I run through the parking lot in the rain back towards the pharmacy counter for the third time today and the line has multiplied & is barely moving. Almost utterly laughable if it wasn’t so damn frustrating. Listening to the people in line in front of me, I am definitely not their only very unhappy customer. Frankly, shopping was NOT a pleasure with this pharmacy -it was a nightmare. This is the final straw personally and the time I will be using their services at all. Absolutely ridiculous. Please save yourself the wasted time & unnecessary headache of dealing with the moronic pharmacy staff.**Update: the following morning I received a call from this Publix Pharmacy, from “Cheyenne”, just for her to ask me if I did indeed pick up my refill. In her continued confusion telling me that there is an identical refilled prescription waiting for me in a pick-up bin. What a cluster.*Sidenote: Apparently, when a customer changes their last name it is inconceivably Earth-shattering for this entire disastrous disorganized department.

Not that they care at all how they are rated, but they have really gone subpar with the customer service in the last few years. Called in your prescription? Doesn’t matter, it’s probably not ready at the time specified and they definitely won’t bother to call you and tell you it’s not ready. Called in to verify your prescription is ready? Also doesn’t matter. Their automated service is wrong half the time and a live person is likely to be rude and not bother to verify ALL the meds are ready. Received a text that it’s ready? Also likely to not be true. And even after all these issues, I was told it would be an hour wait to get it filled despite standing there with a cart full of groceries and two small children. Their system caused the issue but do you think they cared to fix it? No. I was met with attitude when trying to get this resolved (though the pharmacist had 10 minutes to stand there and argue with me why it’s not his fault the system told me it was ready when it wasn’t…I don’t care man! I just need my prescription) and when I walked away and returned to see if they had a change of heart before I left the store, I overheard the cashier talking about me loudly to her coworker. So unprofessional. I’m sure if she called in a prescription over 24 hours ago, called to make sure it was ready, drove to get it to be told the medication wasn’t in the store, then had a pharmacist say it is but we still need an hour to process it…she wouldn’t be irate at all. ? save yourself the trouble and find another pharmacy. ANY pharmacy, but this one.

This is a very busy pharmacy. When we were expecting snow storms, they stayed open extremely late to make sure everyone’s prescriptions were filled. They did their very best and could not have been more courteous. Thank you!

This pharmacy is overwhelmed. The staff are great, but the store manager refuses to do anything about the issues. They have lines are down the aisle at times.Publix has higher prices; the only reason to shop there is for customer service, so if I'm not going to receive that then I'm not going to shop there.

Pharmacy lost my RX which I desperately needed for almost 24 hours leaving me miserable and forcing me to start over with another doctor. Walgreen filled my prescription in under an hour at midnight.
