Awful and disgusting complex. Will steal your money, and will not give you access to your belongings. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This company must be going under because they no longer have anyone in customer service that will speak to tenants and no one to even run the location. There is no one on site at any given time.

I have to say that I have stored my personal belongings here at the Woodstock locations and had a wonderful experience. All the way from the move-in to the move-out, was the best I have ever been to. Out of all the locations anywhere nearby -I totally recommend the Woodstock Roswell area. You could not be in better hands with the chain of command here. They are amazing people ready to help no matter what in any way they can. All the way from the property manager, district manager, up to the Regional. I have personally dealt with them all and could not deal with more outstanding people, compared to anywhere else. Love this place!!!!

No staff onsite, just machines, had unit affected by rodents and no solution from Public Storage whatsoever, ins covers a minimum but loss of furniture stores is much higher. Public storage didn’t even do treatment nor cleanup at all. Do not recommend

I bought a unit today. Went home to get some stuff to store in the unit, I receive an email saying that I was moved out of the unit, with no explanation as to why. I come over here with my stuff to move in to the unit and my gate code no longer works after it worked just fine this morning. Keep in mind I still have keys to the lock on my unit. There was no communication at all regarding my unit being canceled. I paid around $60 for the unit today, and I can't even use the unit that I paid for. What if I had left important items in that unit? I would advise others looking for a storage facility to look elsewhere. There is no staff at this location only kiosk video call assistance. The lady I spoke to said that I wouldn't be able to get into my unit until tomorrow. This is completely unprofessional.

I had all intentions of being out of my storage space by the end of July, July 31st. I've been spending several weekends in and out getting all my stuff out. I had one thing left on July 30th, a table and four chairs which I had someone that was coming to pick it up and I had them come to the storage unit. I went up there to meet them on the 31st. Public Storage had put a lock on my space which I purposely left unlocked because there was nothing in there that I was worried about. I couldn't get in. I tried all day calling. I went up to the office, talked to the kiosk lady, etc.. They all assured me they would be calling someone to get the key up there to unlock my unit. No one ever got back in touch with me until August 1st. I cleared my space & left it swept clean. Now they're going to charge me for August. Yeah, their fault I wasn't able to clear on the 31st. THIEVES!!! These people are thieves. Please do not use these people. Not only was this THEIR fault, it was done intentionally. Laura told me I would NOT be charged. Guess she changed her mind.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this business. They raise rates by 40% right after they get you in and they know you don't want to spend money to move. What a total scam business. How could you sleep at night doing this to people? Not that you could get anyone to answer the phone and give you that answer at this scam business. They should be shut down for operating like they do, I'm headed to the BBB and my congressman next to file formal complaints.

They are taking advantage of a disabled veteran.I just moved my entire home into their storage unit and am paying $300/month. Three months in and without any notice they start charging my credit card $420/month. Incredibly unethical business billing practice and they know they have me at their mercy because who can afford to move out right after they’ve moved all of their stuff in, especially hard for a disabled veteran like me.Even when the office sign says “open”, I don’t see anyone there and no one will answer the phone or call us back. Hard to believe this is happening and they are allowed to operate a business like this.Help.

They will quote you one price and 3 months later they raised my rate by over $120...with no notice-they just billed my credit card! When we were moving in, the lady across from our unit was moving out and warned me of the unethical billing practices of this location. I thought since we were paying triple what she was that we already had the high side of their pricing. Boy was I wrong. 3 MONTHS IN THEY RAISE ME OVER $120/MONTH. Do not get held hostage by this insane place.
