Wonderful customer service! They helped me find the perfect fish. Something went wrong with my credit card and the manager paid the $3.00 for me since the card couldn’t be put back through due to their security system. She went out of her way and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much! I wish I could put a photo of “Solomon” the fish.

I have two pet rats and will occasionally visit Pet Supermarket to get some Adult Rat Food.
Although my visits are usually limited to that (and occasional treats) I have never had a hard time. Usually pretty short wait to checkout when you have what you want, and the staff has always been really helpful when I am not finding what I need. Really nice people that are great to share a chat with, even briefly while checking out.
Either way, if you need something for your pet there is a good chance they have it here. Great place!

Always out of stock at the 2 Woodstock and Canton locations. Makes it nearly impossible to shop online and pick up in store (negating their online promotions). It’s always something.
