Very disappointed with this practice. Both the receptionist at appointments and then the lab assistant were both so rude when I enquired about the procedure of my appointment that I cancelled my appointment. I am a fairly new patient, have had concerns before with regards medication that did not agree with me, prescribed at this practice, this would have been my second appointment and to have been treated so badly in a health care environment where patients are ill is disturbing. Shame on the doctors for the unwelcoming and rude and uncaring reception from their staff.
Never to go back.

Nurse and front desk staff are great but the doctors are not. I’ve never left a doctors appointment and had a panic attack from feeling so overwhelmed. Nyguyen did not listen about any of my concerns and did not chart accurately to what I stated she charted completely opposite of things I was stating. Terrible experience especially for someone with anxiety.

Experience just continues getting worse. Going in circles just trying to get my prescription refilled. Can’t get anyone to give me a call back. They also don’t post any results online. Wellstar is far superior with posting results.

Dr. Xiao is awful. I’ve been coming once a month for SIX months due to abnormal labs and instead of running additional testing or trying to figure out the cause of the issue she continues to make me come back each month for repeat blood draws.

I have been going to this practice for many years and have never had an negative experience with either the dr or office staff. Dr Nyguen is the best, very attentive and caring. So is her MA. I highly recommend

I’m glad that I have doctor Támara Murray as my primary doctor, she cares, she listen and take her time to find the solution for any medical problem I must say that regarding my prescription I never have to wait for her to send it to my pharmacy. She is a great doctor.

Website says they are taking new patients for certain Dr's. That turned out to be incorrect. I told them I would take any Doc with availability. Whoever I was talking to about making the appointment was incompetent. Asked me 4 times who my insurance was and acted like they never heard of it (Aetna), at which point I said I would call elsewhere.

Dr Xiao medical assistant refused to schedule appt because I might have a false Negative. Got another negative later that day.

$330 just for an office visit. i saw the MD for a total of 5 minutes! The next time i needed to see them, i couldn't get an appointment till the following week. will not be going back!

Perimeter North has always been very responsive when I needed an appointment as soon as possible. Dr Nguyen is helpful, inquisitive, and ensures that you understand the basis behind her recommendations.

Refreshing experience after several years at another large PCP practice that was less than desirable. My family is new to the area and my wife and I needed a new PCP. We have a new insurance plan that isn't associated with the big providers (Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, etc). Most practices she called were not helpful when trying to set up an appointment because our provider wasn't in their "system" and they didn't seem interested in taking the time to call them in order to bill through insurance. PNMA was willing to take us on as a new patient and we both had 5 star experiences on our recent physicals. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the LabCorp tech to Dr. Matthews was friendly and focused on helping the patient. They spent a great deal of time communicating with our insurance provider to make sure the visit was covered and billed correctly. Lab results were communicated by a phone call 20 hours after the lab draws. I'll trade the fancy fish tank and waiting room (from my last PCP) for the excellent customer service and thorough medical care that PNMA offers any day of the week.

I have been going here for a long time. Lately I have been going through some issues. My neurologist is sending me for different tests. When I brought this all up to Dr. Matthews, he stated it was probably hysteria and laughed. l then called his office for assistance (after my neuro suggested it for my BP and heart rate) and his office staff ( I believe the nurse) was extremely condescending and then proceeded to yell at me when I brought that up. Do not waste your time here. They have no care for patient health, do not use appropriate communication, and their demeanor is poor. They have really gone down hill. Ask around for someone better!

I'm nit sure what's happening at the Town Lake location but the service has been horrible. A month ago I cane for a simple blood draw. They had mistakenly scheduled me for a full physical. After waiting 30 minutes I asked for an update and realized their error. They weren't able to accommodate me - that's fine. Although their error I chose to reschedule and come back. Well I'm back and same mess. I've been sitting for 45 min. I just asked how much loner and was responded with, "no one has come to get you yet?" She makes a call and asks if someone can draw some blood for me. Still waiting. Now an hour later. Another older lady just came in and says she's left multiple messages with no rely. I apology.
