Here we go again. Is there no end to the incompetent services that pretend to provide reasonable products to consumers in Woodstock Georgia.
I called today over 20 days from having given them $531 dollars asking where my glasses are and you know what they said ... well we're not sure well we’re not sure let us check into it for you.
30 minutes later they call me back and say well some of the resellers couldn't get their resellers to resell on time.
I expect now at least another week for deliver ...that will be 30 days for a pair of glasses. Run forest RUN. Thank you Pearl vision another iconic bull crap organization promising special support and deliveing misery and suffering at an inflated and exuberantly overly priced products... thank you, pearl. I will. remember this every time I put my glasses on and you should look elsewhere.

I'm not one to post reviews unless the experience is above and beyond; but that's what this was. From the moment I walked in the door until the day I picked up my glasses, the GM, Luke, made sure I was well taken care of. He was Kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable with a great attitude. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for all your help Luke.

Dr.Marc Helmy, is the best he takes time ,explains, answers
any questions , never rushes you he cares about his patients ,I am so glad he's my Dr. I'm completely confident I have the best Dr. And if you have a problem choosing frames no feer Luke is totally amazing ! I get so many complements on frames he choose, and my second pair yep I love the pair he picked out !! Office personal are great, a comfortable, caring atmosphere
They are all so great I highly recommend them !! 5 star but they deserve 10 stars in my book the best of 3 offices I've been to and they will always be my Optometrist. Sandy

My husband and I had glasses made at the Town Lake in Woodstock location in the spring of this year. I fell in September and scratched my right lens severely. I went back to the store on Sep.18th and Jackie ordered a replacement lens. It is now the middle of November and I have been at the location at least 4 times to inquire and was told that Jackie wood call me. That has not happened. The last time I spoke to the owner and he told me that the lense did not pass the last inspection and needed to be redone. He promised that I would have it the following week. Well, more than 2 weeks have come and gone and I still do not have a new lens.
I am extremely disappointed and my husband and I will not have glasses made at this location ever again!

Nice optometrist. Lousy support staff. Got an eye exam, needed glasses. Doctor sends me out to the sales floor to get frames. The guy directed to help me is a complete tool. More interested in being a "chad" than helping customers. "Just find some frames you like," he says before going back to his phone. No guidance, no help. Any question I asked, he seemed put out and spoke curtly. I decide to try and get frames elsewhere. A few months later, I come back to get measured for my purchase. They hand me off to the same dude. This time, he's just sitting there in an untucked t-shirt showing off his bicep tattoos, still with the air of "I can't be bothered with this." Guy tells me he can't measure me and that the sizes I've brought it as examples are for "children." Once again, he dismisses me with a "Good luck." Worthless sales staff at this location. That guy is more invested in how he looks than anyone who walks in. Unacceptable.

Some of staff were standoffish and made me feel like a burden. My daughter went a yr later and walked out because they were rude to her.

i recently visited Pearle Vision and had the pleasure of being assisted by Tammy. Tammy’s expertise and patience were evident throughout the process. My overall experience was excellent. Dr. Consor made my visit go smoothly and ensured everything was handled efficient.

My negative experience was not with the optometrists, as they do a great job. I also loved that they had availabilities and could schedule same day appointments.
I recently had an experience where the glasses I received was not working out for me. Not only did it take more than 7-10 business days to receive it per staff, it also took multiple follow ups. After waiting for more than 10 days, I dropped by. One of the front person stated that the glasses and lenses were in and that it would be done by end of day. When I called at end of day (before I headed there again), I was told they were still waiting to receive the lenses.
When I finally took the glasses home and tried it, it wasn’t working as it should. Per Pearle Vision’s corporate website, it states, “100% satisfaction guaranteed or return within 30 days.” I went in and shared my concerns with the staff in which the staff said I need to come back when the Manager was in and that they cannot do returns or refunds. When I came back another day to talk to the Manager, I felt like he wasn’t interested in hearing my concerns. I felt like I had to explain my concerns in so many different ways. He said he would need to talk with the owner. When I got home, I received a phone call from the Manager. This time, I felt like there was a totally different tone, and they were willing to fix my issue - no problem. I do have to say that my issue was resolved thereafter, which I appreciated.
However, I am sad that my initial experience with the Manager was poor. I will not be returning or recommending this location. I feel that there should be alignment with corporate and franchise policies, but most of all, my concern should have never been belittled by the staff. Also, it is always a good practice to honor the expectations that were communicated to customers.

Pearle Vision in Woodstock is incredible. My wife and I have been going there for the past 4 years and have always been seen to with the best care. From the doctors to the technicians and clerks, everyone takes their time and makes sure you get everything you need and are fully taken care of. Top notch crew!

The team members are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Helmy is very knowledgeable. I previously saw him at another practice. I was VERY happy to find he is now practicing at this location. I entrust him with my whole family's vision needs/care. Very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this physician and location. The employee doing the eye glass fittings doesn't seem very invested in the business and the customer service there could be improved. But overall, very efficient group of professionals.
