I always get tires here , they are always good priced and nice , i’ve probably spent about $8000 and rims and tires from this place in the past five years and I previously posted a five star review about a year ago, but since then my experience has been horrible. They did more damage to my truck than any tire shop should have done, un professional as hell

My truck was taken here to patch a hole in my tire yesterday. They admitted they broke 2 of my lugnuts because they didnt use the correct key even though they told us they did. They told us they would charge us to fix their mistake. We took the truck to someone else today and realized out they actually broke FOUR lugnuts and they now have to take the whole hub off just to get to the issue which will potentially damage the rim as well. Now we are almost $800 in the hole because of their mistake that they refused to fix without charging. They also let my boyfriend drive home with 4 lugnuts broken. He has called several times today and they arent answering. If we dont hear back from yall then this will turn into a much bigger problem.

Didnt balance my tires, was told it would be extra and he spun them with old weights and removed some amd said it was good, definitely not balanced properly at all

Juan did a great job, replacing the brake pads on my Lexus RX 350.He was meticulous by making sure all the brake components were cleaned and replaced to ensure maximum efficiency. He was courteous and polite, and would strongly recommend him to anyone, either to replace their tires or get their brakes fixed. Good work, for a very fair price.
