Poor customer service and consistently incorrect parts. I've gone to the Woodstock, GA Bells Ferry location multiple times because of convenience, however, I will not be back. They have consistently poor customer service and got the wrong part the last 3 out of 4 trips. Today, after visiting this location to return the incorrect part they sold me, I drove down the street to AutoZone and got remarkably good customer service.

Van helped me find windshield wipers today and did a great job. But where he really stood out was installing them for me during a torrential downpour. Van is an excellent example of how to be helpful, kind, and professional. He absolutely represents O'Reilly Auto Parts well and should be recognized by management and his peers for his outstanding customer service. Thanks again Van! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

O'Reilly Auto Parts is close to home and always seems to have what I need. I love the tool loaner program for special needs when you don't have those specialized tools. They also will do a free check engine test and you can get what you need right there. Highly recommend this business.

i called in for a alternator and was quoted a price, I said that was good and they had it shipped. I went to pick up the unit and it charged me 36% higher. I talked to the person I spoke to over the phone and he said he didn't quote a price....Needless to say i purchased an alternator from a competitor.

I've stopped here twice and had fantastic service! They greeted me when i walked in the door, asked me how they could help me, and then walked me to the aisle to help me find what I was looking for. Additionally, they explained the differences in the products I was looking for, both times I came in! You just don't get customer service like this anymore! They have me as a permanent customer! Thank you!!

Never had a real problem with this store until now. Bought what was suppose to be a New starter (Was not told it's refurbished). Took starter to my mechanic who replaced it for $200. Got truck back, parked for last month due to being slow. When I came back to work truck would not start. Thinking it's the battery tried jumping truck to no avail. Went back to O'Reilly to inform Them they sold me a bad part. Was told they have a system in place that would reimburse me for my tow as well as the new labor to reinstall starter. Went back today with all the paperwork I was told to bring them and they said they do not have a system in place for this. I'm now out $300 from tow and reinstall for their faulty part. Customer service at this store from their manager non existent.

Used to be the only place I'd go for my parts until today I went to pick up my oil filter that I ordered just last week to be told that they sent it back and I'd have to reorder it. Going to Auto zone for my parts now. Smh.

Needed to do an oil change. Went to get this store at approximately 10:30 am to get the oil and filter. They didn't have the filter in stock and the associate placed an order for it. I was advised the filter would be in store at 12:30 pm the same day and they would call me. I never received the call. I stopped by the store the next day at approximately 3:45 pm to get the filter and oil. I spoke with an associate and asked for the filter they ordered the day before. He pulled up the order and went to the rear of the store. He gone for approximately 5 min before returning and looking at the computer again. This time I was advised the order has not even left the warehouse and that it might be in store the next day.
