I visited the store to check out some shoes, and while the initial associate was sweet and helpful, Brandon truly stood out when he took over. His enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the products made a huge difference in my experience. Brandon went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for, making me feel truly valued as a customer. His expertise and genuine care make him a great asset to the store. Terrible customer service, the website says that you can exchange it within 60 days for any reason, and right at the entrance an employee told me that it would not be possible, I had to show them the website and only after speaking to the manager did he allow the exchange, in the end the prices shown on the labels were not charged and they even made fun of me... well, I think like this... if you don't like what you do, then evolve and go get another job, mistreating customers will not get you anywhere

Dont expect to get all latest released goods, but regular one - for sure !

Just disappointed at the lack of customer service. Seems like every time I go in here there are very little Associates and when there are they're always talking and carrying on amongst themselves and or texting as seen in this picture I posted. They were so consumed talking about fantasy football. The customers were on their own to find what they needed. Eventually we we left and make our three pair of shoes purchases somewhere else. Takes very little to be nice and do your job. Customer services so disappointed in this days I think that's why people are buying online to avoid the aggravation like this. Nobody buys their job these days

10/10 recommend I love this place wish I would’ve went here before the mall & then probably not because I probably would’ve been broke from spending all my money lol . They have tons of outlets here I’m talking about from Vans, Aeropostale, Lids, etc there’s something for everyone. The prices here were the best & they just so happen to have sales going on as well & I love a good sale. The prices are very reasonable as well even NOT on the sale, so just pull up TT won’t steer you wrong ?☺️☺️

There was an astronomical number of employees standing around in the way of the product in multiple sections of the store. Also overheard many of these employees making fun of people for being sweaty. It irritated me enough that I put my purchases down and left.

Always great customer service at this location....always have lots of items in stock and fast cashier's. Brittany is awesome!!!
