Fantastic quality on service and extremely reasonable on pricing. Other shops quoted me thousands on items that did not solve the problem, the fix was some missing bolts at $57..! Honest people I highly recommend them.

Stopped by and asked if thy had a gasket for my TH400 speedometer cable. They said no, but would order it. Took my number and I never got a call back. I called 2 weeks later and was told that someone would call me back that afternoon with a status. That never happened. If I can’t trust them on their word for a small part, I would not trust them with any repairs. I also understand there was no big money to getting me the gasket, and if that was the case, just be upfront and tell me they aren’t in the parts ordering business. I would have understood.

I've gone to Neese twice so far. They're great. The location may not look as glitzy as others but so far the quality of work has been terrific (better than other outfits in the area) and the price was competitive when I compare pretty much any mechanic within Canton. They're my go-to for car-things I can't fix. :)Services: Engine repair

Was told i could come in at 9am and have diagnostics run on my car by Jeremy. I showed up at 9 sharp, and noone was there. Fifteen minutes later one employee showed up, i explained the discussion I had with Jeremy, and my sitiuation, he assured me I would be taken care of. Never recieved a phone call, called back left a message, no return call. Waited half hour and called again, same result. Drove there to pick up my car Jeremy was sitting at his desk in front of the phone, with no clue as to why i was there, this place is a joke. I should have known by the state of disrepair the property is in that i was dealing with a lazy unprofessiona person. Do yourself a favor, go to Christian brothers and be treated like someone cares Neese transmission is a joke.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my truck with a TH400 transmission to Neese because reverse would not engage. I chose Neese based on location, reviews, price and years in business. They "rebuilt" the transmission. I had to take the truck back twice because the shift points were completely off and the shifts were weak. They dropped the transmission a total of 3 times and it was still obvious that it was not properly rebuilt. That was about 1.5 years ago. I have less than 1000 miles on the truck since then, and the transmission just started slipping horribly. The fluid is black. I now have to find a reputable shop and pay to have the transmission properly rebuilt. Avoid this place like the plague. You may get lucky or you may wind up stuck somewhere with a bad transmission.Service: Transmission

Price is always important, so I'm extremely pleased with their reasonable repair estimates. But the HONESTY and kindness of this shop is outstanding and worthy of 10 stars! With the exception of tires and alignment, they perform brakes, oil changes, and most every service your vehicle would need. I can't say enough about Holly and her team.
