The rudest eye doctor I've ever been to. I gave them all the information that they required. And they made me feel like I was a bother to them. The doctor in the back kept pacing back-and-forth and Grunting When we were trying to get my information for them. I've never felt This unwanted i do not recommend this place

This was the first time. I was at this location. The staff was very friendly. I want to say Thank you to Jose. He was very understanding and caring about my situation. He went over and beyond to help me with my glasses. I really appreciate all of his help.

Wonderful staff!! Very friendly and attentive. The Doc is amazing at what she does. I had prescription glasses before going to her office and after she examined my eyes and gave me a new prescription, I see so much better! The other prescription I had was too strong. I also took my daughter to her and not only did she catch and diagnose some issues our last provider hadn’t caught, she also offered therapy which hadn’t been suggested to us either. I can’t wait until my daughter gets her glasses and see what a difference they will make. Thank you MyEyeDr staff!

José gave me exceptional customer service. I haven’t purchased glasses in 4 years so I needed a little advice on my frames. He took care of it. The office staff in general was very helpful altogether.

I cannot even put in words how thankful I am to have seen this exceptional team. I recently had some health conditions that caused my eyesight to go completely sideways… repeatedly. I came into that office extremely scared for my health, my eyes, and my future. This entire team went above and beyond to make sure that I felt cared for and worked endlessly to get me back to as normal as I possibly can be. (I don’t put above and beyond lightly. If there is a possibility of something being done. They did it.) I could not have gone through it without their support and care.

I have Medicare under Kaiser. They took care of the insurance paperwork. The two ladies that examined my eyes were great to work with and the front office folks were also very nice and efficient. Definitely recommended!

Very disappointed and disgusted with the lack of grace and empathy I experienced. I will not recommend this company, especially after reviewing other reviews it shows there is a history and pattern of the staff having a 'Nice/Nasty' attitude toward patrons.After driving, and arriving 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time, to the wrong location, in the midst of an active severe thunderstorm with down powerlines and stoplights, strong winds, and heavy rain - my child and I were rudely turned away. Even though the secondary location (3 miles away) stated that "If [I] leave right now, [I] could still be seen".Their lack of communication, awareness, and empathy is disgusting with no regard for my time. Once the other location was on the phone, anyone with eyes could see the heavy gust of winds and slow moving traffick outside of their doors. It could've easily been communicated that it might be best to be rescheduled.1.) Their company needs to update their address(es) with Google maps.2.) They need compassion training.3.) The staff need better communication.First time making an appointment, and the "grace period" was never mentioned. Being so, the skinny old in the face Caucasian lady in the front, stated "Yes, you missed the grace period." And I still had to pull teeth by asking "Well, what's the grace period time?" ...Then had the nerve to say "10 minutes" .. ? It was 6:12pm. Just turning on the minute at that ??? It was comical because she was very serious too. Then had the nerve to follow up with, "And I'm sure the doctor won't see you" ? Well,1.) I didn't inquire.And 2.) Now that she mentioned it, wouldn't GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE might've stated the exact OPPOSITE? ?I.e. "Per Our policy, we only allow a 10 minute grace period. However, since you were here at the 10 minute mark - Let me see if the doctor will see you" ...You could've even went in the back closet & twirled your thumbs tbh ? What adds insult is the fact she acknowledged she did receive the call from the other location that I was indeed on my way.Funniest thing about the whole ordeal, my 7 year old was standing at the door (not wanting to go in without me) at 6:09pm. Understandably so. They watched me through a window, putting my 2 year old toddler shoes on. Whew!If you didn't want to see me... I mean, I would say she could've JUST SAID THAT! But I'm Sure they don't want a lawsuit so that's why in their culture it's second nature to just be "Nice/Nasty" ??♀️Anywho, DON'T GO THERE!READ THEIR REVIEWS!!They're ghetto & unprofessional ?

The eye doctor and front desk folks were extremely nice and I enjoyed the eye appointment. However, it appeared that the billing was a bit much. It almost appeared as if you had to purchase both eye glasses and contacts to be eligible for a discount. You couldn’t purchase only one item for the discount. The billing lady seemed only interested in getting as much money as possible, even with insurance. I also had to pay an additional fee to have my glasses and contacts mailed, after paying a good amount of money to purchase them. I truly think the billing lady doesn’t offer the best deals to clients.

I have a Medicare Advantage health plan and the vision coverage is provided by Avesis with a $500 benefit. There are a number of optical retailers near me that accept Avesis and I selected MyEyeDr to get my new eyeglasses prescription filled. I didn't do any research on pricing, but since my last pair of glasses w/ progressive lenses came in at much lower than $500, I figured I would be in good shape with the Avesis coverage. The bottom line of this review is to say that I paid top dollar for my new glasses. My Columbia-brand frames were $230. It was not until after my purchase that I checked online and found that the same frames were available at multiple online and brick-and-mortar stores for a median price of $120-$130. My lenses cost $604 and my $500 insurance benefit was applied to the cost of the lenses. The total cost of my glasses was $1,043 of which $507 I had to pay out of pocket. This review is not a knock on the quality of the glasses I bought (which is good) or the quality of care provided by the optometrist (whom I did not see). When I asked one of the associates about the pricing of the frames, I was told that the manager was not in but that she would have her give me call. That call never came.

I can be very particular about my glasses, but these folks nailed it. My eye exam with Dr. Byrne was perfect. Even the Harry Potter glasses lookin dude was cool and helped me pick out some new pairs! Amazing service all around.

Had a phenomenal experience at this MyEye Dr! Chrissy greeted me soon as I walked in, Jose(cute Hispanic boy) helped me sort through my options for my insurance and was very helpful with the frames! The actual eye doctor was very thorough as well. 10/10 recommend!
