This is just a Walmart. Not many options for strings and gear etc. They had one thing I needed but not the other.

I have both called and been to this location (inside WalMart) a few times now and have had an outstanding experience every time. Cailey is both knowledgeable (on seemingly every instrument ever made) and friendly, always making great recommendations. What they do at this location with what seems like a small space is so impressive. Honestly I’ve been to a few of the locations north of Atlanta and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

A good music store inside Wal mart Super Center. The person behind the counter was working hard to keep questions, customers, and phone calls moving. Mainly a store for marching band instruments they do have nice, though small selection of guitars amps and guitar pedals

I have been in the store a few times and have had the pleasure of working with Cailey. Although she was busy, she took the time to answer all my questions and help me with things I was unsure about. Even though I had to wait while she helped and took care of other customers, I appreciated how focused she was on each customer. I highly recommend this store and will bring all my musical purchases and repairs to Cailey.

I’m so glad I met manager Cailey when servicing my daughter’s trombone. Cailey is so great at helping to understand the rental contracts and how to best navigate owning vs renting, upgrading, etc. Thank you for your great knowledge and service!

Cailey and Haley helped me today in your Woodstock store inside Walmart! They were beyond incredible! They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Both went above and beyond to help me and my son with his new music venture into percussion! They collected the items I needed (because I was clueless) and called surrounding stores to locate the items they didn’t have. They compiled a list of items with store nearby that had them in stock! You have two valuable assets there and they both deserve a raise!!!

(I ordered online, not blaming this location.)I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a keyboard, keyboard stand, and stool from Music and Arts, and I must say that my overall experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, this company has displayed a complete lack of competence and customer service, leaving me frustrated and furious.First and foremost, the lack of transparency regarding the availability of the items I ordered is inexcusable. It wasn't until I called them in late January to inquire about my order that I was informed about the backorder situation. I wasted over a month eagerly waiting for my package, completely unaware that it wasn't even close to being shipped. Finally, in late March, I received the keyboard, but to my utter disbelief, there was no sign of the promised stand or stool. Naturally, I contacted their customer service department to rectify the situation, only to be met with complete apathy and indifference. They claimed that they couldn't help and that I wouldn't receive the missing items. This level of disregard for their customers is absolutely appalling. To my surprise, a month later, I received a second shipment containing another keyboard, stand, and stool. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Instead of providing clear communication and instructions, Music and Arts remained silent. I waited, hoping they would reach out to resolve the situation, but instead, I received an invoice in the mail, demanding payment for the duplicate order.Determined to resolve the matter, I called customer service once again to explain the ongoing issues. Initially, they assured me that I wouldn't be charged and that everything was under control. However, my hopes were crushed when, a month later, I discovered that they had charged my credit card for yet another keyboard. This not only angered me but also meant that I would have to pay interest on an item I never even wanted in the first place.Attempting to rectify the situation, I contacted their customer service yet again, only to be met with further frustration. They insisted that they would not process a refund until I returned the unwanted items, putting the burden on me to take time out of my schedule to deal with returning their mistakes to UPS. This added insult to injury, as it is their responsibility to resolve their own errors promptly. To make matters even worse, the following day, I received a bill from a collections agency, demanding payment for the keyboard that I had never authorized. It is unfathomable that Music and Arts would make an unauthorized purchase on my credit card, showcasing their complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. All in all, my experience with Music and Arts has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have consistently demonstrated incompetence, apathy, and a complete disregard for their customers' time and money. Not only did they fail to provide the items I ordered in a timely manner, but they also made unauthorized charges on my credit card and showed no urgency in resolving the matter. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Music and Arts to steer clear and find a more reputable company that values its customers. Music and Arts, you truly suck!

This location needs to let people know that actual store hours because they do not open at 11am. Came by today to drop off an instrument and still closed at 11:45am.

I have purchased guitars and Ukuleles from here and received amazing customer service from Kaylee. They have vast knowledge about instruments and excellent advice on what to purchase with complete honesty. A breath of fresh air in this day and age!!!

M&A is receiving 2 stars because of their poor customer service center. The brick and mortar shops are great - no issues. They have a great selection of instruments, knowledge, and aim to serve the customer. The customer center in Frederick, MD is abysmal to say the least. I experienced a series of billing issues related to a credit card on file, and I was not contacted by M&A until I received a notice from a debt collector regarding a debt consisting of 3 months of payments. The customer service representative took my credit card information over the phone and processed the payment and enrolled me in AutoPay. Sounds like my problem was resolved, right? No, I had provided my credit information two months prior and enrolled in AutoPay two months prior, thus my groundhog’s day experience pushed me over the edge.I had billing / accounting problems with M&A on two separate instrument rentals. Their rent to own contract is very confusing, not sure why my children’s school recommended M&A. To cap off the accounting issue, M&A does not provide balance or payoff information for your rental. I find it useful to know my rental balance and early payoff balance each month. It helps me make good financial decisions, but I do not believe M&A wants you (the customer) to make financial decisions that negatively affect their bottom line.I’m curious if M&A will respond to this review. Usually companies with a strong customer service culture do.

I’ve walked by Woodstock Music & Arts hundreds of times over the years but never walked in until approximately 15 minutes before closing today. Cailey and her team (Josh and Kevin) were very helpful and stayed late to get me set up with an instrument and lessons. Cailey even stayed over an hour after closing to make sure I was all squared away for my 1st lesson next week. In the almost two hours I spent in the store it was obvious to me how passionate Cailey is about music and helping others, even us novices, find our way. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable staff. Knowledgeable beyond their years, in fact. They don’t stick a lot of products, but I’ve always had a good buyer experience there. Ask for Cat; she always remembers my name and greets me whenever I come in for strings. I recommend them.

Nicholas and their manager are amazing! Went in to look at some bass guitars as a gift, Nick helped me find the right guitar, amp, and told me about their layaway option that really sealed the deal for me! They’ve absolutely got my business! Thank y’all again!
