They sold my storage area even though I was trying to work with them to make payments. They told me they could not take partial payments, only full payments. They refused to compromise. They told me they would keep all my important things like paperwork and pictures and let me know a timeline so they would not get thrown away. They knew of the family problems we were having. They went ahead and threw out every important memento, picture, and paperwork I had too. Those people are heartless save yourself the trouble.

Be careful with establishing an automatic payment schedule with this organization. They increased our rent by 44% and deducted it out of our checking account without notifying us of the increase. When we confronted them with the issue, they claim to have sent us an email notification. However, we never received an email notification. They could not produce the email that was supposedly sent to us. When we asked them to forward the same email that was sent to us, they could not do this and simply informed us that we were on an email list with all their customers and that that was proof enough. We were also told that they did not care what we thought about the issue and that the charges are what they are.

After three years I finally got my stuff out of storage. Rates went up each year and the 10 x 15 to $145. A bit pricey

Amanda was vary helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me during a tough move from our home to our retirement home. we needed storage for most of our furniture for two months and she showed us how to pack the unit efficiently and rented us a U-haul truck for the move in and move out. Thank you so much!

Was not impressed with the u-haul rental experience here. Ordered a truck with several extras for pickup at 7 am. Fell behind and didn't get it till 9 am. Upon arrival I found out they cancelled my order but luckily still had the truck available. I then found out even if I had picked the truck up at 7 am they did not have any of the extras I ordered in the truck anyways so I would have been without the appliance dolly, furniture dollies, pads and hand truck. Then I found out they didn't have the furniture dollies at all.I received the invoice today and noticed they still charged me for the nonexistent furniture dollies, an extra hand truck and a dozen pads I did not rent. Not a great experience, very convenient location though.

RIDICULES . I been renting store here for a long time. Had couple units. Cleaned out one unit had couple bags of a trash. Took it to small dumpster that is on the property, and was told it was only for employees. Had to take my trash with me. But had to leave unit spotless. Really. Time to find another storage.
