Our car wouldn't start and was in a location that required it to be moved. I called MTM after hours, left a message, and received a call back within 30 minutes. We made arrangements for the car to be towed to their secured location that night. Jeremy followed up the next morning after diagnosing the problem and provided an estimate for our review. They completed the repair and the car was ready as promised. I have used this location of MTM on numerous occasions, for various problems and routine maintenance, and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend you consider using them for your next repair or routine maintenance.

Super friendly people, went in the other day asking for help with an issue where the car wouldn't start and while doing check in, they found that the battery (which AutoZone checked the day before) was in fact the problem, instead of charging me for them to fix it, they stopped check in, jumped me off, and told me to go back to AutoZone to get it replaced. It wasn't an isolated incident either, several times they've quoted me a price, found cheaper parts, and charged me less at checkout. This is my primary mechanic now.

I had my truck towed to their shop yesterday. Not only did they immediately see the obvious problem I had stared at for a month, but the also rapidly found the problem I originally tried to correct before I messed things up worse. Solid work, no surprises with regard to the price and a short turn around.

During a trip to Georgia, I had my vehicleserviced - needed an entire engine replaced for a cost of $10,000and was assured that everything was working correctly. When I returned home to Ohio, my car engine began to smoke like within 3 days of a full engine warranted replacement!I took it to my local long-standing mechanic, Streamline Auto, and was charged $887.90 and was told the car engine had the following failures:* There was no antifreeze in the engine.* The cooling system was leaking under the intake manifold.* The oil cooler nipple was broken which caused the coolant leak.* A cylinder head gasket test was performed, and it failed. The test indicated therewas damage to the cylinder heads, gaskets, block, or all of the above.* Further, there was an indication from my local mechanic that all the following repairs and defects were directly correlated to the faulty installation of the motor that was installed in their place of business.I tried to get them to pay the $887.90, they declined and STILL refused after getting a lawyer involved. My parents live in GA and have been going to themn for YEARS. They were horrible from the beginning and I should've heeded the red flags, but I was ready to get my Jeeo back and in working condiations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR RESOURCES! DRIVE PAST!

Avoid these clowns like the plague. The transmission on my suburban was slipping and on its way out. I didn't have time to mess with it so I had this MTM drop the pan, change the filter, and swap just the fluid in the pan, which they charged an arm and a leg for btw. Didn't really help but I knew that might be the case. No problem, it's high mileage so I sold it to a mechanic who is going to fix / flip it. He gets under the car and finds 3 bolts on the transmission pan almost backed all the way out. It's indefensible.Service: Transmission

First got my car ( A Citroen DS 21) serviced and repaired by Mike around 2002. Got his number from another Citroen owner. He did amazing work - a couple of years later I was in a crash - all safe - but a lot of front end damage to the car - he fixed it all - looked amazing - attention to detail, improvements, paint - better than ever.He is a Citroen collector / afficionado - but of course will work on other cars - fantastic service, fair prices, clear communication - he really believe in long term relationships - a lot of his customers - like me - measure their time with him in decades.I recently sold my Citroen - to him - it needs a lot of work and for him it is going to be a labor of love - can't wait to see what she looks like when he is done.

This Mechanic' shop seems to run their business in my style ..High Quality Standards...Impeccable Customer Service where you can easily talk to an actual human instead of some AI robot...Even though they are probably at least as busyas I am (and I am BUSY), but they never made me feel hurried or that I wasn't important...They charged a fair price and I felt very taken care of... Looks like I found my new mechanic ?❤️care of from beginning to end...

Super helpful and explained what I needed done and they even called my extended warranty company and got it approved. I just had to pay deductible. I know their first quotes were reasonable if insurance didn't deny.... I love when i get confirmation of trustworthiness.

I always come to this location at Towne Lake because these guys really watch out for me and my car. I had to have my car towed here and Jerry and Jeremy quickly jumped on it to find the problem quickly! They detected several issues and fixed them and got my carBack to me the same day!!! I always feel like I can trust these guys and they even alert me of possible issues ahead of me to keep me safe. Love that!
