Even though the price was higher than I expected to pay, Luis gave me such great service that I purchased from Matress Firm instead of Matress Galleria. Trent was great with the final paperwork when Luis was called away.

Helene was very professional and the store was by far the cleanest mattress store that I have ever been in. Skylar was terrific. I went to the store with my 13 yr old granddaughter who really had no experience buying mattresses or frames, etc. He was fun ,patient , knowledgeable, took into consideration her size, usage, how long she might keep this particular mattress..He was just great !Very nice experience!
