No customer svc at all. Won’t even do an even exchange on a belt. This young lady needs to learn customer svc or she needs to get a job in a warehouse.

Return review. Usually this would be an easy 5 stars. Walk in - return item - leave. The loss of stars is due to the dismissive nature of the interaction. The return was perfect. Hand the items over, present the receipt, told how long the money would take to come back to my card. The thing is, the two employees kept an ongoing conversation about next weeks schedule going with out break. My nature finds this funny. The trials of getting coverage in the retail world. At the same time. Customer Service people. I would have stayed to shop if I felt welcome. Instead. I left. Might not return. Love this brand. Not this store.

Discrimination and rude employee at this store.I had a Terrible customer service by Petrina R.I drove to the Store hoping to get same jacket bought three days ago in a different color, Pettrina was not really willing to attend a customer, so I did research online and found the same product trying to get it delivered either to my house or the store at the same price, she said that was not possible and had no intention on helping me with the purchase, I accepted a 20% increase on the same product and went ahead and did the all the form online in a tablet, she never looked or did any research in her computer. When I was going to pay, I had received cash for the return (since this is a gift for my husband and didn’t want him to see the transaction on our card) she said that I could not pay at the store with cash because it was online, I asked for an explanation on why there is the point on going to a store if I could order that from my house. She yelled at me and said that if I don’t see the tablet that it doesn’t take cash and said that was not her problem that you don’t have card to pay, that I already had an answer and turned her back while I was still waiting on buy a jacket from the store. When I asked again, she again yelled at me saying that I already had an answer. When I asked for her name she yelled again and said with a Spelling and rude attitude, I told her that customer service at the store was terrible and she said that it was just my opinion, like it wouldn’t matter. It definitely sad that a great brand has this type of customer service, employees yelling at customers and no attention at all. and discrimination against someone that maybe don’t have a credit card at all. I will buy the jacket online because my husband loves this brand and wanted this specific jacket but definitely not worth the customer experience, yelling, bad attitude and discrimination.

Being a short fat guy, it’s hard to find jeans that fit right. I easily went in about 7+ different stores to try and find jeans that fit and I was constantly failing. Finally I walked in the Lucky Brand where I was given superb customer service by employees who actually seem to enjoy what they do and enjoy helping customers like myself! I left with 3 pairs or jeans and a couple shirts. Next stop, the gym so I can fit into smaller jeans!

I always have great service at this store and can find clothes that fit me well. They seem to always have good prices compared to other stores that carry the brand. However, don't go looking for any of their new items. I bought a pair of jeans off the internet store that were on sale for Black Friday. I got them in my usual size, when they showed up, they were short by about 2 inches. I called the outlet store to see if I could take them there to exchange them. Unfortunately, they did not have that style yet. They will exchange for items ordered online though.

I like the Lucky Brand whenever I come across it out and about. Kind of funny though, I don't really have much of their apparel. Most of the time I only encounter the brand at Belk, they have limited supply and the prices are typically not that good. The outlet store offers some really good price points on all of the clothing (men's and women's) and have an overall pretty good selection of items. Where they get me is on the buy one get one 1/2 off. I'd probably have more of their stuff if it wasn't for sales like this. A lot of the time they have a t-shirt I want, but rarely do they have two. So instead of buying one, I buy none. As you get towards the back of the store they have some clearance racks that have additional saving that equate to being some really good deals. Just have to find the right size, and you're good to go. Staff at this store were friendly and helpful with getting into fitting rooms and the checkout process. Also, saw their interactions with other customers, A+ ... nice work by the Lucky Brand team of workers.
