Pro desk isn't for pros. Waiting 45 minutes for a phone sale is nutsWhy contractors prefer home Depot.

Melissa and Ben helped me out with the special item piece and help me locate it. Get it in my truck and out the door. No problem I really appreciate their diligence and helping me find what I was looking for. I’m one happy customer.

Poor customer service and attitude from cashiers. They will not give you the choice to have a receipt emailed to you, they just choose print and push you along the way and then give you massive attitude when you get annoyed because they made the choice for you. Then when you need it remedied you have to waste your time at customer service. So F-ing annoying!!!

Our refrigerator died, and unfortunately, we decided to buy a replacement at Lowe's. We were told that it would be delivered in 4 days on Friday Dec. 1st, which it was. The problem was that the refrigerator they delivered was damaged, apparently by a forklift. Since this was the last one of this model available, we were forced to choose another model with a delivery date the following Tuesday. The replacement replacement refrigerator arrived on Tuesday. Once again, Lowe's sent a badly damaged refrigerator to us. The doors would not close, the hinges were bent, and the entire frame seemed to be crooked. I refused the delivery, and we ended back at Lowe's to find out that they were out of stock again! Apparently, Lowe's places returned items back into inventory no matter how damaged they are! Be warned that they will probably deliver one of these damaged units to you, too. We went ahead and agreed to a new delivery from Lowe's for 5 days out, and were told that it is a simple switch-out and that Lowe's still owes us a refrigerator. We discovered today that Lowe's has refunded the cost of the refrigerator to our credit card. After speaking to the manager who promised the delivery by Saturday the 9th, we find out that it probably won't be delivered as promised and that we should call on the 8th and find out for certain if the delivery will take place or not. They do not seem to really care how long their customers are without a working refrigerator due to Lowe's mistakes!Update: We had to reorder refrigerator because our order was canceled. New unit delivered on the 10th, and by some miracle it was undamaged! No response by Lowe's to this shows how little they care about the poor service they provide.

Ordered a dishwasher online (not related to this store but there's no option to write a review about their online experience) where on the day of installation, they "lost" it. Neither Lowe's or the installer called to inform me. Ended up wasting half a day waiting for them at home after taking off work early and rearranged my schedule. Poor customer service. I would be hesitant to order anything from them again. Order #790477870

Waited in return line for about 6-7 minutes behind one person... not a huge deal, but then the front desk manager came out to assist my return (all on my Lowes card) and said that since these were marked down items (they were normal sale items in the isle - I looked up return policies and didn't see this in there) and bought in another store that I couldn't return them here. She said that she would make an exception and return them for me this one time. I told her that I had bought them in the Alpharetta store and it was closer for me to come to this one to return. She had ZERO care for anything I was saying and made me feel like I should be thankful she was doing me some huge favor. What happened next was really irritating. She said that I had bought the products (2 chandeliers) in the Acworth store. I told her that I hadn't been to Acworth in years and she said "Well that's where you got them." I was super confused and thought I was going crazy for a moment... how could the computer or her be wrong about it and maybe I just forgot about where I went to buy them?? Anyway, I go the return receipt and went shopping in the store.I remembered that I always get emailed receipts and I looked up the purchase from 4 days earlier and found the e-receipt and it said Alpharetta... I knew it!! I wasn't crazy. So I went back to the lady, who seemed bothered that I was interrupting the conversation she was having with 2 other employees and told her that I found the original receipt and it showed Alpharetta!! She said "Ok." I said (in my normal joking voice) that "I am not crazy after all!" :) All she did was look at me (zero smile or anything) and again say "Ok."I just told her to have a good night and I walked away.Everyone there seems like they are zombies with no leader...I have read many other comments about the customer service attitudes here and fully agree with them. I am sure I'll get some comment saying "We strive for customer service, etc..." but it REALLY needs to be looked at. I like Lowes overall and think it's better (generally) than Home Depot, especially with some of the marked down items.Hopefully this helps this store and hopefully the manager or regional manager can do something about it. It does feel like the "inmates are running the asylum" here. Thanks for reading!! :)

Very clean, well organized store. They had everything I needed for multiple projects, in places that made sense, so it was all easy to find. Definitely worth the trip, and I'll be back for materials when I start the next batch of projects.

So after looking for number 1 pressure treated lumber for a solid 15 minutes I decided to try to find a employee, after not being able to locate one in my area I walked back up to customer service to be directed via finger point back into the area I thought I had searched thoroughly. Sadly after another 15 minutes of very carefully looking I realized I needed further expertise. I go back up to the counter again this time different person says oh no we don't carry number 1 pressure treated lumber premium or number 2 I'm thinking dang that information would have been useful 20 minutes ago before the finger point person.

Ethan in customer service should be fired! My father purchased a new battery powered blower for me back in January online, and it was shipped to the store. Well I recently noticed that the battery included with the unit was not the correct one (half the power). Realizing this I wanted to exchange for the correct one. I had the receipt showing that we paid full price. Ethan somehow comes up with the crazy idea that this was the floor model and was not brand new. Well the receipt shows otherwise and was shipped to the store. And to top things off he accused my dad of possibly switching the battery and asking if I am sure it was brand new in the box. I had also mentioned that my father passed of cancer in March. Luckily Ego stands behind their products and is shipping me the battery that should come with the product. I will NEVER shop at this Lowe's again

I swear we are here once a week. Everyone we have worked with at this store has been great. We came to pick up an oven from an online order and ended up getting there right as the store was closing. They were so nice and still pulled our order and didn't act put out by how late it was. Really helped with a stressful moment.

I would recommend any store but the Woodstock Lowe's. There is a Home Depot right across the street I would go there. DO NOT ORDER anything from this store ever it will get lost. The store will not help you. You will waste hours and hours of your life fighting to simply pick up your order with people who seem to despise the fact that you are bothering them. Go anywhere but Lowe's, literally all places are better than them.

had terrible customer service expectations. Bought something and didn’t have the receipt, I paid cash for these items. Parker showed my mom least bit of empathy and said she needed a phone number and without she couldn’t do a return. My mom tried putting in her phone number and she said it wasn’t going through. When my mom went to go buy another item and paid cash for it the system never asked her for a phone number. Another employee stated she couldn’t put a phone number in the checkout and that we should take it up with Parker. At this point it isn’t even about the return, it’s about the employees contradicting each other.

Came in to return some items and was met by a racist and rude assistant manager Cass. Giving me and my mother dirty faces and insinuating we were doing something wrong. I stayed there waiting while my mother walked around to check the prices of one of the items, and in that time, everyone white person that walked he acted in completely different and courteous manner. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from an assistant manager.

What I bought was great, but because I was overcharged at checkout, I had to go to the Customer Service desk. I waited 15 minutes before the person who could take care of the overcharge, could give his okay to the clerk who was taking care of it. He was talking to another customer on the phone. They need to have more than one person there who can handle things like that and make sure their plants ring out correctly, with the price that's advertised.

I love Lowe's and bought a lot of items for our new house here, but I'll admit Lowe's self checkout is a little creepy. They watch you like they expect you to either screw up or steal something. They should be more useful or less obvious with watching people.
