This review goes out to Juli. Lowe’s delivered our package to the wrong address. I went in to speak to a representative and I had the unfortunate luck in getting Juli as the representative to help me. She was rude and didn’t have any compassion for the situation. We needed a product to conduct business and told me to “handle it with the person we WRONGLY delivered it too” Sorry Juli how about you go and retrieve it for me? Or maybe you should stop being lazy and stop using 3rd party applications to deliver your appliances. Would rate her customer service skills a 0 DO BETTER JULI !!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a new washer and had it delivered and hooked up. They installed the hot and cold backwards. Washed a load of clothes and ruined some of them. Trying to reach a human is impossible! The chat representative ended the chat!!!! Thank for nothing Lowe’s. I didn’t pay for this to be installed incorrectly and for the inconvenience! They want us to take another day off of work to schedule someone to come fix it!

I had a very unique experience at this Lowe's.. A young lady that works at customer service and returns gave me the best Lowe's Customerservice I have ever received and it is not even close. The young lady's name is August. I had a very frustrating issue with an online order. She was very calm and patient. The last Lowe's person at a different location told me I needed to contact FedEx and worked on getting the package to them so they can give me a refund. August picked up the phone, contacted Lowe's online and got the ball rolling for me. She told me what was going to happen and set a timeline that Lowe's online provided.
She did an awesome job and I made sure her manager knew it. Lowe's needs more people like her.

I would like to publicly thank Chuck in the appliance section of the woodstock Lowe’s. He gave great customer service and was very knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased!

Worst costumer service ever! Will avoid buying at this location. I bought 15 bags of rocks and there was no one there to help load the rocks. Saw and asked a couple people to help, but they showed no interest in loading. Had to go to customer service to complain to the manager. She came and loaded the rocks herself. It took 26 minutes after my purchase to have someone load my vehicle.

I just went to pick up a $300 pressure washer I bought online, and the gal (Lee) brought out a dirty, banged-up box that had obviously been opened and re-taped shut. Lee said she confirmed all the parts were in the box. I paid $300 for a new pressure washer; it was apparent Lowes was attempting to offload a potentially used, returned, damaged, non-working &/or display machine in an open box.
Lee was very understanding, and she found that there were, in fact, other NEW units in stock. I ended up leaving with the new pressure washer I had bought, but only after refusing the open-box unit.
The only reason I'm not rating this experience 1 star is because Lee was understanding, helpful, and very personable & nice to chat with. And, unfortunately, the only reason I can't rate my experience with Lee 5 stars (which it most definitely would have been) is because of the open-box pressure washer debacle.

First time ordering building materials for pickup from Lowes. If you are paying contractors by the hour, do not send them here to pickup . Either order online or go to their competitor. Thought I was saving money by having them pickup. Ended up spending double on what it would have cost to ship. Both times they had to pick up "Ready for pickup" material they had to wait. The first time they lost my order and spent two hours there. Four days later picked up remaining "Ready for pickup" material. Spent another hour because they couldn't find anyone and when they did, it took forever to find the material and load. I understand once but two times days a part is ridiculous. Reading other reviews, it definitely seems like a pattern. The only reason, I'm giving two stars is because of the price of the material.

I've been a Home Depot loyalist for many years. The last year their customer service at both the Holly Springs and Canton locations continue to get worse. Employees don't acknowledge patrons, they get frustrated when I have questions, and they've messed up more than once on special orders. Today I visited the Lowes in Woodstock and Canton, and they knocked it out of the park. Every employee acknowledged our presence, smiled, and asked how they could help. Totally different experience. Goodbye Home Depot!

If I could give negative stars, I would!
Please take my advice and never ever use this company to redo your kitchen cabinets and countertops! Nightmare from start to (still not) finish with mistakes made by every person involved from sales to install. Their subcontractors are sub par and customer service is non-existent! In fact, after handing over your money up front, you can enjoy being told “I don’t care if you ever do business with Lowe’s again or not,” by the less than helpful “kitchen designer/salesman.”
So more than $20,000 and over 6 weeks since old cabinets were removed, my very small kitchen still is not complete. Newly (3 days old) installed countertop has to be removed to fix mistake cabinet installer made and then relaid once again!
To top it all off, cabinet installer reconnected my dishwasher incorrectly and almost caused an electrical fire in my home. The company responsible for cabinet installation “Incredible Installations” is far from incredible!

THIS specific Lowes #0543, is THE worst for CS. 90% of employees avoid eye contact, do not acknowledge you (even when one appears to be searching for a service/product) and ramble incessantly w/certain other customers (even when one appears to be ready to make a purchase re:doors/windows).
This is not a one time occurrence - it is beyond disrespectful.
Charlie R. was the only employee who acknowledged customer, asked helpful questions and “saved” the unsat experience on this day.
Will travel for better customer service.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher about a week ago from this location with the installation. The purchase was fine and everything else leading up to today was fine as well. Well then we get to today. The guy for the install shows up removes the old still fully operational dishwasher(it wasn’t drying well so we decided to upgrade). Gets it removed then goes to put the new one in and all of sudden we don’t have wired power. Strange considering we ran the dishwasher last night off the exact same power. The installer has zero solutions to the problem that wasn’t there until he started poking around. So I call my brother a licensed commercial electrician who proceeds to tell me it’s either not wired to the junction box properly or the guy snagged the main line and it’s kinked. The installer refuses either as a possible solution and leaves. The dishwasher is not working. I go to Lowe’s to get a refund for installation since it wasn’t actually installed. I finally get refunded after jumping through hoop after hoop. Fast forward a few hours I get home from work watch a 13 minute YouTube video since I’ve never installed a dishwasher in my life and what do you know the guy installed the wrong wires into the wrong places on the junction box. 10 minutes and I have it fixed and working great. I call Lowe’s back to let them know how awful their installers are and get nothing but attitude from the associate.
What a miserable experience and you don’t care at all!!! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE FROM HERE.
