Poor customer service and attitude from cashiers. They will not give you the choice to have a receipt emailed to you, they just choose print and push you along the way and then give you massive attitude when you get annoyed because they made the choice for you. Then when you need it remedied you have to waste your time at customer service. So F-ing annoying!!!

When you spend nearly $2,000 on a lawnmower & are told they'll deliver the one you picked out that's in front of the store, but delivery is delayed because it's not assembled, cancel your order. Their delivery driver backed the truck into my new fence and gate, nearly destroying it, and left without saying a word about it.I submitted pictures of the damages to their customer service, their corporate offices along with estimates they requested. Was told damages were done by their contracted delivery service "Spirit" and neither Lowe's nor Spirit wants to pay for damages... finger pointing, passing the buck and unkept promises. I'd never heard of Spirit until this event. If you Google "Lowe's and Spirit Delivery," you'll never buy Anything From Lowe's that won't fit in your shopping cart!The only thing worse than Lowe's damaging my property and the driver thinking he wouldn't get caught is the unethical and immoral way Lowe's corporate treats their customers.

Lowe's at Woodstock-GA has absolutely the worst customer service. Most workers don't even know what they are doing and giving all the wrong info. My husband is non- English speaker, he does his best when I'm not around. We purchased a Pressure Washer Honda Simpson back in March, we spent $808.49 with product and Lowe's Protection Plan. Fast Foward to July, two problems happened. 1) 07/15/2023 Our pressure washer stopped working, we thought we were good because we had bought the ''Insurance'' , so we would just head to Lowe's and see if you could make an exchange or take it to repair. Two young ladies in customer service was no help at all, and just told my husband to call Insurance. We called and Lowe's protection plan said that their coverage was only active for the first 90 days after purchase. NOBODY SAID THAT BEFORE?? My husband stayed at Lowe's from 2:30pm til 5:30pm waiting for someone more helpful, until he got tired and called me to go see if I could resolve the situation. He was worried they were being dismissive because he is non-English speaker. My husband also has Epilepsy. When I got there we was having muscles spams due to stress. I went on to customer service to explain that nobody gave info before on how the insurance worked and they were very dismissive. I told them to get their shit together and that I would also be returning our Carry on trailer which we also had a problem with 2 weeks prior!06/27/23 - Carry on Trailer $723.33, one girl sold my husband the Trailer with NO TITLE, stating that we didn't need a license plate for it and that we were good. Next day we find out that we did need a license plate and that we need to go register the title with the tax commissioner. I had to go to Lowe's, to get the title from them. The guy that helped was very sweet but yet upset because he found 6 other titles, and that someone was selling the trailers without them! Back to today, we returned the trailer and bought a new pressure washer somewhere else!

Another "never again" story. Purchased an expensive refrigerator at Lowes despite misgivings and a lousy sales associate. I chose Lowes because of delivery promise within 3 days since all my food was spoiling in my old refrigerator. No call and no show on promised delivery date. I called them repeatedly (since I took off work to accept delivery) and got many phone trees--few humans. They were pleasant enough but no one did anything to help solve the problem--they have no clue what they are doing. I got apologies and the run around over and over again and finger pointing at the delivery people--all their fault. Really?? They WORK for YOU! One week later and STILL no delivery. This the worst delivery I have every encountered from anyone. How are they still in business? I will go to Home Depot every time hereafter. Lowes makes a lot of money on their appliances. But they will never get my money again.

I saw a used dishwasher and asked a associate the return policy. The associate said 48 hours and I said are you sure and he said thats always been the policy. The associate went on to say that if I get a lowes credit card the return policy is a month. 48 hours on used dishwasher and stipulations on said return policy if I get the credit card. By the way lowes official policy for all appliances bought at the store is one month. One more reason to not buy any appliances at lowes because their competitors do much better then that.

So glad I made the switch from Home Depot to lowes. They actually care here and will put in the effort to make sure you get what you need. Thank you Lowe's!!

Sorry, this is not necessarily about the refrigerator more about Lowes. I have had 3 separate refrigerators delivered two had dents and scratches (I didn't pay for dented items) and other they screwed up reversing the doors and the freezer never closed all the way. They're now getting snotty with me because I didn't pay for damaged good. Like how hard is it not to bring a damaged item?!?!? I've been with a refrigerator for 2 weeks now. It's ridiculous and frustrating. Think twice before you buy a major appliance here and check it thoroughly before they bring it in the house to hook it up. Woodstock GA store. I wouldn't know about the product I still don't have it.

i fired lowes and went with home depot. $7000 worth of carpet. They didn't call when they said they would. They stood me up for measurement after i took the day off and to add insult they and said the technician called in sick. If that were true why didnt they call that morning before leaving me waiting for hours? Then they called to reset the appointment and their "notes" said i cancelled. The Lowes measuring service is the most dishonest company i have dealt with. Be smart and use home depot!!!

Wish we would have looked at the ratings before making an online purchase!We ordered a washer and dryer 2 1/2 weeks ago, delivery was suppose to be today between noon- 4:00 pm. We waited until 3:30 to finally call the store and see what the status was ONLY to be told it was rescheduled for March 22nd!!! We never received a call and the ONLY email we got was rescheduling of the items that we ordered for accessory (hose, vent tape etc). I was very upset and let the associate know! A call would have been nice!!!!We left to Home Depot after the call and found what we wanted and delivery will be in a week! Loews is the worst customer service we have ever had! Thanks Home Depot for the great prompt and friendly service!
