Very unhappy with our suit rentals for our wedding. To start me and my 5 groomsmen went in to get measured for our suits everything seemed to go great at first. We started getting our suits in a little over a week away from the wedding. Everybody measured by Bryan their suits fit well with minor adjustments. I was measured by a lady and my measurements were so far off I could have guessed at the sizes I needed and been closer nothing fit and I had to go up multiple sizes. That was fine not a big deal I went back in and got measured by Bryan and he was great and took care of me. The big deal was that on our wedding we started to get dressed and we discovered my best man’s suit was a different color! That being a major deal we made the best of it and went on with the wedding. After the wedding returning the suit we told them what happened and they said they have been having major issues with their supplier. It sounds to me they need to find a new supplier or double check the products that are being sent out. We were told they would make it right with us and to give them a few days. We got a text from Julie asking what happened, once explained she said give us a couple days we will make it right. Here we are 2 weeks later with nothing being done about the situation. A business will make mistakes but how they handle those mistakes is what makes for a bad or great business and they have not put in the effort to try and make this right. The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is because Bryan is great I can’t say the same about his employees or supplier. If it wasn’t for Bryan it would be a 1 star review. I really hope that they make the changes needed to make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else on their big day and potentially ruin someone’s wedding.

Little River Clothing exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the store, I was met with exceptional customer service and a fantastic selection of clothing. Brian and his team went out of their way to help me find the perfect outfits, including stylish suits for my groomsmen, for a special occasion.What impressed me most was their ability to provide assistance on short notice. When I needed suits due to the unexpected closure of another store, Brian and his staff came to the rescue. They not only helped me pick out stylish suits for my groomsmen but also was able to make myself a custom suit on such short notice. Brian also made sure that we all felt confident and comfortable in our choices.The staff's attention to detail and personalized approach made the shopping experience enjoyable. Their knowledge of fashion and trends was evident, and they guided us through the options with expertise. I couldn't be happier with the suits I purchased, and my groomsmen were equally thrilled with their selections.I can confidently say that I would recommend Little River Clothing over any other big-name store. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help, not just push us through the process and never see us again. This level of care and dedication is truly rare to find.Little River Clothing has not only won me over as a customer but has also ensured that I will definitely be returning in the future. I'm immensely grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of quality clothing and exceptional customer care.Thank you, Little River Clothing, and especially Brian and the team, for going above and beyond to make me and my groomsmen look and feel great!

My husband waited his whole life to have custom suits made and Brian Smith did an outstanding job of helping him make a bucket list item come true. Brian’s knowledge of current fashion trends is unmatched and his attention to detail made this a very pleasant experience. The quality and fit of the suits was perfect and Brian finished the experience off with custom shirts, ties and pocket squares. He will be returning as Brian has earned his business and he would recommend this experience to everyone in the market for new custom suits.

I absolutely love the owner and the staff, but I am extremely disappointed with a recent purchase. I met with their team months before an event -- we went over exactly what I was looking for. Less than a week before the event my order arrived and it was not even close to what we had discussed (asked for a three piece -- only got a two piece / lapels were not what we discussed).Don't get me wrong. It was a VERY nice suit. Just not what we discussed and special ordered.One reason I am writing this review is due to the fact that I called to talk with them and was promised that "all would be resolved." It was not resolved and now the event is over. I still have not heard from them. Disappointing.I still think they must have a terrific store, but I won't be ordering custom suits from them in the future. Sorry Little River -- you let me down. Thought, I still think you are wonderful folks.

Little river clothing is amazing!! PLEASE support local! When I called, Jen made sure to follow up with me and ensure we had an appointment. She answered all of my questions with confidence and the responses I wanted to hear!Brian, the owner, took care of me and my fiancé like we were family. His attention to detail, genuine approach, and friendly welcoming was incredible. The custom tux we got my fiancé for our wedding is worth every penny (and affordable considering the quality of fabrics/material). Cannot recommend this place enough!Also, side note - we were offered free beer right as we walked in. We love to see it!Thank you, Brian!

Excellent business. I bought a suit for my wedding from here, and I thought it was just a standard suit shop similar to a "men's warehouse", but it was not so. I was met at the door by Brian, he poured me a beer, took my measurements, and then we sat down and discussed materials, styles and whatnot. Brian's business model is something really special in this day and age. I still wear my suit to events, because it is far too comfortable and stylish not to, and ive gotten two custom shirts from them since. couldn't be happier with my expery here, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a suit, or a shirt, or who just wants to shoot the breeze and drink a beer with some lovely company.10/10.
