“I presented in person to ask a list of about 16-17 questions. I was warmly greeted by Wesley who saw me at the front desk. He escorted me to a breakout room and answered all of my questions directly and honestly. I made a new friend as I appreciated Wesley's service oriented nature and the fact that he left nothing to doubt.Wesley is a friendly, down to earth man who you'd love to have over with friends for a BBQ.This CU was one of 4 I was interviewing today and due to the competitive rates on CD's, MMA's, Savings Accounts, and Good service, I decided to join same day! I got my debit card and things are rocking and rolling.I plan on getting more products from them in the future once I get everything switched over.One tip: I WISH they had some incentive to invite new members like a small cash incentive for myself and the joiner if they open an active account that stays active for 60 days, or something like that. That's the ONLY, VERY minor thing I'd change. All else is great.I saw a very wide cast of characters at this branch helping the heck out of the members and I really liked it. "Welcome to the family!" I was told on my way out the door.I wanted a name and a face that I knew to do my banking with and Welsey is now that person for me. I got everything I came there for an am very happy.Fun Fact: This building used to be the very BB&T I banked at before BB&T merged with SunTrust to become Truist, only to move down the road next to the Longhorn. Now here I am in the same building where I started, just with LGE!In addition the lobby, decor, design, and marketing is all very clean, modern, well lit. “I visited First Horizon Bank for first time today to open a new account and was offered help before I even sat down. Mrs. Alderman immediately came out to greet me and lead me to her office. I couldn't believe the friendliness and upbeat attitude. I was able to open the account and transfer funds within a few minutes. Later that day I had questions and called and left a message. Mrs. Alderman returned my call and answered all my questions and never once made me feel I was bothering her or she had better things to do. Summary: this is like the friendly banks we knew many years ago.”

I had a deposit that I had from months and months of working to get from another financial place of business. They made it so difficult to get my money out of it. I went to Lockheed Credit Union to deposit it and they wanted me to just put these 5 checks into the machine myself while they watched behind a counter. It’s like an atm inside the bank. With all the problems I had getting the checks I could just see something going wrong and maybe getting lost or jammed in this machine. I was really upset that no human was going to make the deposits so I could feel relieved they were safe in my account. I decided to walk away and go to Regions where I was greeted with a great welcome. The teller was awesome and deposited the checks in my accounts and gave me copies of the checks and the deposit receipt for all the checks like normal banks do. I can’t believe a bank wants to do business that way at Lockheed. Why even have people around? I will never feel comfortable depositing my money any other way than at Regions with a wonderful welcoming teller. It felt like it did 20 yrs ago. Thank you for making me feel a little special today Regions.”
“Banking has been a nightmare since the pandemic, but Kyle Gilbert-Hansen, the small business banker from this branch has been terrific. He set me up with a check scanning machine for my deposits and followed through until it was set up. Then today I happened to be at a car dealership and it occurred to me to reach out to him to prevent the dealer to run my credit a plethora of times as they often do. Kyle went above and beyond and got me all set up and approved in less than 1 hour. He even followed up with the underwriting team to expedite the process since he knew I was on site. I got a great rate too.Before meeting him I had considered moving to perhaps a smaller bank where I wouldn't be just a number, but now I feel like a valued customer.Kyle deserves major kudos for his commitment to his customers and overall remarkable service. Her actions went beyond that of a bank teller today, and not to sound corny, but she was my hero. I had an absolute emergency this morning where I was being actively scammed on the phone and Tiffany was able to sense my distress and could tell I was in trouble. As the scammer pretending to be a court martial/officer was still actively on the phone with me, Tiffany asked me very vague questions to understand that I was not there by my will. She then proceeded to discretely write on a piece of paper to understand what was happening without the man on the phone hearing. Let me tell you- she was like straight out of an action movie. Tiffany was beyond perceptive and helpful, even helping to ensure my account was safe after the call was ended and she got me out of the situation. I wish EVERYONE had a Tiffany in their corner during moments like these. I don't know if all bank employees are training to handle these situations so smoothly, but if they aren't, someone should ABSOLUTELY hire Tiffany to teach that training lesson! Whatever she is paid, it is not enough! As some people say, not all heroes wear capes. Thank you SO MUCH Tiffany!”

2025 Towne Lake Pkwy, Woodstock“We deal with Wells Fargo for our home mortgage. We recently did a couple changes which led us to this branch. The online consultant explained that we would have to go in to our local ranch to have documents notarized. They said that any location could do this. Well... that's not the case. The employees at this branch explained that this isn't a typical procedure and they were not 100% comfortable with it. After a tom of phone calls to Wells Fargo they were able to complete the task. These employees really went above and beyond to help us. They could have just said no and sent us on our way. This is what I call great customer service! I highly recommend Wells Fargo for your banking needs!”
