They need to open more registers, work on stocking, and grocery carts. It seems like they are very under staffed. Every time we go, the cart returns in the lot are full, and none of the small carts are available in the store.

There're some signs you only see during certain times. Politcal signs during campaign season, yard sale signs during the weekend or a congratulations graduate sign sometime in May. However, this sign just seems to be ever-present. Who's running this joint? I understand self-checkouts - many times have I been screamed at to 'place the item in the bagging area'.
Perhaps this is a small-scale, regional product launch for self-customer service? I'd ask to confirm, but then again, I'm not sure who's managing the store.

They have some great people here. Maybe not the newest or fanciest Krogers but love the employees here! ETHAN IS THE BEST!

Sandy is beyond an Angel. She helped me when the WIC card didn't work(she went above and beyond) and I sat on the phone for 45 plus mins. This lady deserves all the praise and I'm so sad to see her go.

I’ve never been so violated in my life! The cashier Melissa had an episode/mental breakdown while ringing me up. I had to deal with her cursing, sucking her teeth, saying smart remarks & snatching my phone out my head while I was trying to show her a barcode. Another cashier said I’m not the only one she has done this too, so I’m wondering why she still works here!?? The only reason I even thought about keeping my composure and not putting myself in jail is because she’s old enough to be my mom’s age. A disgrace to humanity to say the least.

I wish I could give a zero. You must have groceries to call it a grocery store. This is the most pathetic excuse of a Kroger I have ever seen.

This Kroger is HORRIBLE. I have been to a lot of Kroger’s and this is by far the worst one out there. It is gross. It is dark. The employees are not helpful. Not to mention the amount of times I have left a bag of groceries. This does not happen anywhere else except THIS Kroger. Avoid this Kroger at all costs. It is not worth it.

I wanting to thank Kit for her assistance. The lottery machine was not working so I went to customer service. She took the time to patiently explain her end-of-shift process to reconcile the machine. She had taken my name and number and called to let me know everything reconciled on her end. I was not the most pleasant customer. Unfortunately, I had an experience, at a different Kroger (12460 Crabapple Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30004), where they clearly had no intention to help me reconcile the situation.I appreciated Kit’s professionalism and willingness to make things right. Thank you.

This Kroger is normally really good. Today my bagger hardly even talked to or acknowledged me, not even to tell me the total or anything. I'm hoping it's just because he is new. Please train the baggers to do this!
