Really good overall experience here. Got into a pickle when my tire was slashed by a Karen. They got me tires in 24hrs and at a decent price. Super happy with the managers Sarah and Melissa. Very responsive and empatheic to my situation. Great people. I will use them again if I get Karened.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location. Sarah the service manager is fantastic. I called first thing this morning to inquire about fixing one of my tires from an incident the previous day. Sarah told me to come in and she would get it taken care of first. Not only did she keep her word because I was in and out in less than an hour, the prices are unbeatable. This location and staff is great!!

Came back to Hwy 92 Mavis Tires and Brakes, they always treat us right. Gave us the best deal they possibly could on two new tires to ensure we were safe gor not just ourselves, but others on the road too. Very good people, consistent and professional.

I needed a professional battery instal last minute and was referred to Mavis Tire Woodstock. It was closing time but they didn’t hesitate to take care of my battery issue. They were very professional and personable and could not have been any nicer!!! I felt terrible for keeping them past closing but they were as pleasant as could be. I highly recommend and will give them my business in the future. Thanks Mavis Woodstock staff for a pleasant experience!

Devin and Sarah were so amazing to me, they worked with my time crunch and put up with my mini panic attack in the waiting room the staff is amazing and did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and fixing it I highly recommend

I travel 40 miles and pass numerous auto repair shops to bring my car to Mavis 92 and Trickum in Woodstock. Not because I know someone that works there, but because they listened to me and made sure my car is safe to drive. Sarah was a great communicator and patient, she also knows when to get the professionals involved. Devon cares…period. He cared enough to do a good job and offer advice on future repairs. I feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. Highly recommend taking your car to this Mavis location.

Sara and Han were great! I honestly hope that Mavis realizes what a rare gem they have within their organization. This young lady was willing to go beyond customers expectations and was happy to do so. Sarah will make you want to come back in the future. If they don't I know I can use her within my organization.

The service was great. Friendly employees and got me out of there in 30 minutes. Price of the tires weren't too bad for brand new, definitely cheaper than other places I've looked at. Overall would definitely recommend!

Found a nail in my tire this morning. Stopped by Mavis and they immediately pulled me, in fixed my flat, and also pointed out a few things that I probably need to deal with in the near future on the car. Got me in and out quickly and all with smiles.

These guys are wonderful! They are very informative and tell you exactly what you need. Devon, up front, is very friendly and professional. If you need tires, brakes, or oil change, i highly recommend this location!
