The store manager and sales associates went above and beyond to help my wife and I find her the perfect gift. We had an exchange we had to do which they made seem effortless. We will be back!!

My boyfriend and I went to this Kate Spade outlet on 2/11/24 and Miss Dorinda helped us. I have never purchased a nice bag before and I was nervous and felt out of place but she was extremely helpful and made me so excited to get a purse! I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but she helped steer me in another direction that suited me better and I couldn’t be happier with the bag I got! She also said she put my boyfriend and I in her report for the day and it made me so happy. Thank yall for such a nice and easy experience

Got a cute purse & matching wallet also but once purchased I returned because I’m not going to support a store who treats customers like criminals! But the reason for the 1 star is when you walk in the employees are nice & greet you, ask you if your looking for anything particular but when you say your just looking they treat you like your going to steal! They watch you and just make it noticeable where it’s really uncomfortable! This isn’t a way to get people to buy items! First off you guys work at an outlet, secondly I’m pretty sure you guys don’t get paid much so why be so judge mental? I enjoy my purses so I will stick with the higher end brands especially coach maybe get some pointers or go through training

Went in to see the collection, but very surprised I was only spoken to when walking out the door. Will continue to shop online for Kate Spade. Although, great setup and collection of items.

I came here with my boyfriend a few weeks ago. And the experience still bothers me. We just left the Nike outlets with tons of bags and I wanted to look at purses because I love Kate Spade. I started looking and of course was greeted but then realized that I couldn’t really look at the purses with my bf because a short/fair skinned woman kept looking at us uncomfortable. I am a shy girl and this made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed to shop in their store. I told my bf and he insisted that we go somewhere else since I was uncomfortable. We definitely could’ve affordable more than 3 bags and to not feel welcomed because of how we looked made me not want to shop at that location again. To all my black couples please don’t come here! and if you don’t I hope that short/dark hair/fair skinned woman isn’t working that day so you can look and feel feel to purse your purse in peace

My sister and I were visiting from out of town. I was looking for a certain style of purse. They had the style but not the color I wanted so we kept looking. As we looked I could clearly see that one of the employees was following us around and watching us. It was very uncomfortable. My sister was going to purchase some items but after I saw the heavy set lady (manager maybe) with thinning hair tell the same employee to watch the two of us (it was very noticeable) of course she no longer wanted to purchase from there. I saw a purse that I liked and purchased but after finding the exact style of purse I wanted at a different store for half the price & excellent customer service I was more than happy to return the purse to Kate Spade.
