The entire sales process was very smooth and well prepared. Jennifer was very professional and knowledgeable to advise us on exactly what was needed to get the right price and to move it timely. Jen is awesome at what she does! She really takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and need for your family and goes the extra mile to find the right house for you. Even though I was purchasing outside of the city, she spent many days driving 2+ hours to visit houses and participate in various inspections, in which she pointed out many things to me that I would have never considered when buying a house. Because of this she was perfectly fine to push me to explore more rather than make a quick offer. In the end, she was able to negotiate with the sellers to lower the price due to many of these little things we had discovered.
