Do not trust them. They have taken my money, ruined my car and now have disappeared. I had them served since they’ve had my car some September 2019 and the Sherif said it’s vacant with no forward address. I’m out over $600 and my 08 Lexus RX 350.UPDATE 2023- J&J completely ruined my car. They moved out overnight WITHOUT telling anyone and the sherif had to get involved. Almost 6 months after they took the car, we found the car at their home! The car was left outside, full of pine straw and dirt. When they said it was fixed, they had to deliver the car at the police station. They did not fix the car, it was forever ruined. I am not the only one that had issues with them. Buyer beware!

Joel is full of integrity and is very good at diagnosing car problems. I had an issue with my van where I was told a diagnosis by the dealer where the repairs would cost more than the vehicle was worth. He found that the problem was something different and fixed it for a fraction of what the dealer was telling me. He also fixed my air conditioning. He does outstanding and timely work. Look no further, your automobile care hero is here! Not only was I seen same-day during the holidays, but I was walked through every single detail! Mr. Joel explained what was wrong with my vehicle, and also worked with me on costs/budget. I'm not very car savvy so I'm extremely weary about mechanics, but grateful for this learning experience. Every single issue or question I had was I answered promptly. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and everybody was friendly and welcoming. Mr. Joel and his staff took care of me, and my vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vehicle needs and repairs.

J&J was able to repair our 2006 Dodge Durango that had a myriad of issues and was not safe to drive. Our Durango had a leaking sunroof (that is no longer manufactured) that caused electrical issues with the vehicles BCM/computer and several other problems. J&J fixed the leak, and all the issues that resulted from it, they also went above and beyond and removed the headliner and carpet so that they could deodorize the vehicle from the moldy smell that it had gotten from the repeated water pooling. J&J also fixed other small items in the process. Now the vehicle is safe and reliable again. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the price I paid. The communication was very good as well.
