“I was so impressed with Marcella helping me yesterday! I felt like she had my best interests in mind as she helped me trade in my old devices. One of the devices wasn't ringing up for the quoted trade-in value so Marcella got on the phone with customer service for me and made sure I was going to get the full trade-in value! She even asked the customer service rep to put a remark in the account so I could reference it in the future if there were any problems. Who does that these days?! She didn't have to do it, but she did. It was towards the end of Marcella's shift and she still went above and beyond to take care of my needs. THANK YOU!”

BJ partnered with Broadway, and Broadway made sure that not only was my issue fixed in under 10 minutes, but made sure we were on the best plan for our family. If you asked me yesterday if I would recommend Xfinity to anyone I would have told you know.
