I started having trouble getting help with the app. If you can't keep the app updated so we can use it, what's the point.I called to get help with TRYING to get help with lowering my payment and it went from $149 a month to 220 a month. How is that helping!!! I was forced to go elsewhere and I hated that because I really loved the service. Very nice people.”
