Awful customer service was given after this company made a catastrophic mistake: impounding the wrong car. We would have never known where our car went if it we didn't park right near a camera in the parking lot. Thankfully we were able to track down this company. They refuse to make the situation right and have caused us so much stress and emotional turmoil. I would not recommend this company.

I agree with Melissa K. They are extremely rude and try take advantage of other peoples misfortune. My son got in a wreck yesterday and when I was on a call with Ingram towing and State Farm they said the tow was $450! Seriuosly?! They charged an extra $35 bc they didn't have the key. They never asked for the key and we were at the accident site until WAY after the tow truck left. Just another way for them to take advantage of insurance companies. They charge more so then insurance companies have to raise their rates. I mean really, $450 for one tow? AND they are very clost to where the accident happened. I was even was symphathetic to them bc I know Frank was killed a month ago. I am sure he would be appalled at how they treated me. Shame on them.

My wide got into an accident this afternoon and the SUV was not safe to drive. I tried several towing companies with no luck.... until I reached Ingram Towing. Donny was out well after dark getting us taken care of. If we ever need a tow again, Ingram (and Donny!) will be my first and only call. Thank you!!

I wouldn't not recommend this company I can't say about there towing service but the impound part of this company I will says this in my opinion I think they are running a scam with local auto repair shops to where they have the local auto repair shop say that a person has abandoned there vehicle and call Ingram impound to come get the vehicle I took my truck to an auto repair shop and it took them 2 months to fix when they emailed me said it was ready I was out of town I told them I would pickup when I got back but I got sick and was hospitalized for a month I was in contact with the auto repair shop letting them know so they knew my situation I told them I would get truck soon as I got out but was in hospital for a month and when got out was very weak and couldn't work and doctors said wouldn't be able to work for several weeks that I had to build my strength back up so when got out I contacted repair and told them soon as I was able I would get my truck they didn't wait long I think it wasn't even a few weeks then they turned my truck over to Ingram impound saying I abandon my truck Ingram impound came got truck and started charging me daily and I was still out of work I honestly think they have some kinda of deal with the auto repair shops to make more money maybe they split it or something cause I even told the impound people the situation when they first contacted me they didn't care that's why I think there all about the money or taking someone's vehicle so they can sale it to get more money cause I went from a $2600 repair bill to a $6000 bill between both them I think take advantage of peoples bad situation to make profit or to take your vehicle I would be cautious using local repair shop or this impound yard I wouldn't recommend them

Needed a tow ASAP. Called for a quote, a pleasantly assisting employee coordinated the tow (reasonably priced), and a driver was there in a jiffy.Driver was pleasant, with top notch driving skills. Would recommend and personally use again.
