I would give this place a negative star if possible. Don't go here unless you want to feel like a murderer on trial. The office manager kept yelling and spitting at me like I was a lying. Couldn't get two words out and needless to say, nothing was accomplished. I left this place in tears!!!! Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated like a normal human being!!!!

Terrible customer service from my tax preparer. I actually took my documents prior to filing and went elsewhere because she could not explain to me why my return was the way it was. She just kept saying "this is what the software shows"..ok, but why? She was extremely rude

Have been traveling and dropped documents off in April to have them sorted. Now I am getting no responses and cannot get ahold of this office and it's September.... Idiotically gave her all original documents and after telling her what I needed she did not pay attention and asked multiple times what I needed done. Will be figuring out how to take my items to a real accountant as these people have literally no idea what they are doing. Run. Run run run as absolutely fast as possible.
