I wanted to comment on another review and concur with what someone above said. Our tax person was fantastic. She gets 5 stars. I called for follow up the other day and the office staff was a 1 star. Will have to think again going back to this office if they are good when you pay them but have zero interest in answering questions or taking a message. Am hoping don’t have to call back again if there are further issues.

The office manager/receptionist was so kind... Robert B. took great care of me. Don’t know how they deal with tax stuff on a daily basis, but God bless them for their kindness on such a busy day!

This was my first time at H&R Block and I am extremely happy to say it will not be my last! Robert made it super easy and walked me through everything. I will most definitely be returning to H&R Block next year!

Do not get your taxes done at this location! The front desk attendant was extremely rude. She took a call from another customer and straight up hung the phone up on the customer mid sentence. They were extremely unhelpful and rude to the fact I even came in to get my taxes filed. After telling me they were busy, I offered to wait patiently for an opening. Another employee laughed at me and I was brushed off and told to leave. I have never experienced this much unprofessionalism from H and R block in the past. I recommend you avoid this location at all costs!

I love my accountant. I've been going to her for 6 years. She always helps me find the most money for my refund and she has available hours on the weekends, which makes it easy for a working person.
