Horrible service. Rented me a car that is disgustingly dirty on the inside, service light on for maintenance and team member told me that “it was just on”… didn’t even attempt a clean and inside smells like mold. This place sucks.

I rented 4 different vehicles from this place in the span of about 2 months. Staff is exceptional and easy-going. Never had a single communication issue, they were professional and punctual.All of the vehicles I recieved were in excellent working order , save for a blown speaker on one of them, (its a rental, people blow those speakers ??♂️) I never had a hiccup.The ability to seamlessly extend my rental online saved me more than once, since my job has odd hours.And with my being under 25, I was still able to get an affordable rate and make myself some money at work.I seriously cant give enough props! Hertz on HWY 92 is my GO TO if I need a rental.

If could give zero stars I would!!! I reserved a car a week ago to get a call the morning I was supposed to pick up saying that they didn't have the compact i reserved and that I needed to cancel the reservation or I can pay for an upgrade.this is very bad business practices on Hertz's part why should I have to pay more for a larger car if you over booked on the car that I reserved. Now I'm without a vehicle for my trip that I was supposed to be leaving on tonight all because I will not bend to your unethical practices this is unfair to me and I'm sure many other who have booked with Hertz's. to add I call the corporate office which was a waste of time. I will never book or rent with Hertz's again.

After being a loyal customer and experiencing the reward points. Hertz made the process seamless for me.I have to say after being able to rent from this branch they always show out with the amazing car collection and exceptional service 10 stars!

I have had SUCH a wonderful experience with this Hertz branch! I interacted with 3 different employees and all 3 were absolutely fantastic. The first car I got smelled like smoke, but I thought it would air out, when it didn't, I called them and they immediately said to bring it back and they would give me a different one. They did and it was fabulous. The car was clean and drove great the whole week. When I brought it back, they checked the car, confirmed that it was good and there would be no additional charges, gave me a receipt and sent me on my way.They were all so professional and they actually seem to really care. Will likely rent from them again.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so low! I’ve rented with them multiple times and I’ve always had amazing customer service. Vusa is my go to guy and he always get us set up with no long lines or wait.

Just showed up and told they have no cars for me but that I am more than welcome to pay for upgrade. Awful facility with awful customer service. I may be switching my loyalty as a Presidents club member.

Absolutely love this hertz rental location!! They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. The rates are reasonable and the service is quick! They’ll have you in and out in no time!

This location has a great staff! They work pretty efficiently together and are always courteous and respectful of customers. They really try to help fit the customers need in renting efficiently for whatever your purpose may be. I gave 4 stars because the car selection can be pretty limited at times. But definitely 5 ⭐️ service

Great prices, clean cars.But if you want a specific car like a Tesla and reserve one even with confirmation emails coming to you all week that likely won’t be what you get when you show up. The only offered to correct the situation was “you can call other Hertz in the area and see if they’re willing to trade you for this Nissan”. Disappointed but the Nissan was clean and check in fast.The week after I returned the rental I was still seeing the Tesla charge which is twice that if the Altima and when I followed up with customer service they said they would it refund the difference.Disappointing.

A wonderful experience. Very quick to check out and in. Almost no wait time. The car was lovely, and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I usually rent once or twice a year, and will definitely rent here again.

I booked a car through AAA, when I got there the car wasn't ready, then when they called back they stated an SUV was ready but I requested a car so I canceled my reservation, safe to say next time I'll be using enterprise

Had to delay my trip by a day due to a sickness. Hertz refused to let me pick up my car a day later and instead told me to cancel my reservation and rebook -- which would have been $150 more!!Avoid Hertz, use Turo or some other rental service instead. Let them go bankrupt.
