“Great store, and great employeesEvery time I've gone into this HD for something I've always been helped in a timely manner and the employees are always nice/helpful.Even the team that comes in to work the night shift (when they DO have to help costumers) are very helpful and try their best!”
“I came in today, 05/02/24, with a list of random items spewed throughout the store. Due to recent life changes my mind was like scrambled eggs. David (unsure what department he’s in) and another associate approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I gave them the story of what recently happened. David helped from start to finish and I can’t begin to thank him enough for the care and expertise he gave me throughout my time at this location. The other associate helped as well but was pulled away due to other customers. Thank you David and Thank you Andy (SM) for the associates you all have here.

“I had a very unique experience at this Lowe's.. A young lady that works at customer service and returns gave me the best Lowe's Customerservice I have ever received and it is not even close. The young lady's name is August. I had a very frustrating issue with an online order. She was very calm and patient. The last Lowe's person at a different location told me I needed to contact FedEx and worked on getting the package to them so they can give me a refund. August picked up the phone, contacted Lowe's online and got the ball rolling for me. She told me what was going to happen and set a timeline that Lowe's online provided.
She did an awesome job and I made sure her manager knew it. Lowe's needs more people like her.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Big store with a wide selection. Great bird feeding section with lots of feed and feeder choices. Good variety of garden pots and tools. Will certainly visit again. My husband specifically went there for electric lawn mower service.”
