I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn Atlanta/Woodstock (Business 3 months), and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The entire team and their services were top-notch, making my stay truly exceptional.Check-In and Reception:From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The front desk staff were not only efficient but also incredibly welcoming. They provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, ensuring that my stay got off to a great start.Accommodation:The room was impeccable in every way. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and meticulously clean. Attention to detail was evident, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall experience.Housekeeping:The housekeeping staff deserve special praise for their dedication to maintaining a spotless and well-organized room throughout my stay. They paid close attention to even the smallest details, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment.Amenities:The hotel's amenities were outstanding. I enjoyed the fitness center, and pool, each of which was well-maintained and provided a relaxing escape during my stay. Filthy, had to clean sticky bathroom floor just to start. All the floors are sticky. Then look for yourself at the lobby. I am a Hampton fan, I will never be back to this one, and disappointing, a daughter just bought a small house a few miles away.

This was exactly what I expected to experience in a Hampton Inn. The pool was a little small, and my mattress was harder than my liking; but that is not at all surprising. This hotel is in a location for business travelers and folks passing through; it's not a vacation destination. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the building was nice and quiet, and it was easy to get out to major roads from its location. The $50 pet fee is fair and convenient, considering I was in Kennesaw to adopt a dog.Rooms: The rooms were clean and well-kept. I was impressed by the nicer-than-expected shower with free pump bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. The HVAC worked well, and the curtains were really nice. My mattress was a little hard, but I'm not surprised by that.Safety: I didn't get robbed. The community felt safe.Food & drinks: There is plenty of access to quick places to eat nearby, including a great Nashville hot chicken restaurant within walking distance.Noteworthy details: The shower was nicer than expected. The curtains were nicer than expected. The complimentary breakfast was nicer than expected.

Hotel was OK but security was very sketchy. Locks on rear doors were broken and apparently have been for some time. At night there were people who obviously were not staying at the hotel wandering about looking in random cars etc. Not a comfortable feeling knowing yhe supposed secure doors didnt work.Safety: Building was unsecured. Per management they have been waiting on a part for an extended time. The residents in the extended stay next door were wandering the back of this hotel barefoot looking into and checking door locks. Not a comfortable or secure feeling.

I booked a room through Expedia and Alexis checked me in, she was very friendly, had a beautiful smile with the personality to match and very welcoming to say the least. She also recommended me a few restaurants to try.Room was clean & comfortable.Breakfast was amazing!Will be coming back soon ??

The guy that works on Wednesday night is wonderful! He's very knowledgeable, patient and can hold great conversations! My stay was great and the gal that oversees breakfast is fantastic too! I wish I knew their names to give a proper shout-out

Stayed here for a wedding, had a total of 3 rooms. They were clean and comfortable. Prices very reasonable, especially with breakfast included (and it's hearty!). Alexis, Ashlei and others running reception were exceptional. We had our magnet go out on the lock to the room and it was fixed immediately and without hassle. "T" at the breakfast room is the bomb! So sweet and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in town!

Awful experience. Book somewhere else cheaper and better. Poor staff, awful breakfast. I am to the point I am almost done with Hilton (former Diamond member) and will be swapping to Marriott.

My room request was not honored even though I reserved 2 months in advance. Room service was not provided as requested. Will never stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay in Woodstock! Yes, the hotel is undergoing renovations, but I feel they are working to make it better for guests. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly the gentleman that works nights was very great. Breakfast was good each morning. Would stay here again.

I travel for work so I have been to hundreds if not thousands of hotels. This is the worst. Doesnt deserve even a 1 stars. We were visiting the area for five days and after spending the night there, we had to booked and pay the hotel next door for the rest of out trip. I have never seen my teenager boys that happy after the move.Dated, worse than a motel six. Shower water rather than draining was backing up. Smelly beddings. OMG be warned and stay away.

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was much nicer then. The hotel is under construction in entrance and lobby area. The elevator made a loud noise with a bump going up. We took the stairs. The room keys did not work the second day. The room had a musty smell. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good. The coffee is still great!

Call the hotel directly before you make a reservation. We showed up tonight after traveling all day. The Hampton Inn is closed due to remodeling. We had a reservation, nothing on the web states the hotel is closed. Marriott was able to take care of us!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The hotel is under MAJOR CONSTRUCTION and the website doesn't show exactly what this hotel looks like! It is awful, dangerous, and just nasty! Go elsewhere! I tried posting pictures of what it truly looks like but was unable! If you're could give zero stars, I would!
