Don't bring your toddlers here. My husband tried sitting with him and typically they let me, but none of the ladies wanted to do it, and they were visibly annoyed. Each of them had something to say. Go to the Bridgemill Great clips location. Much friendlier and patient ladies.

My hair was almost to my butt. I wanted to get rid of my split end. So off to Great Clips I go.I told the lady I wanted my hair to be below shoulder length. She put her comb to my back touching the middle of my shoulder blades. I said yes that is where I wanted it to come to...... WHEN IT IS DONE, NOT TO START THERE AND END UP TOUCHING THE TOPS OF MY SHOULDERS.I always put my hair in a pony tail and I specified I still wanted a pony tail. I can pull it back, but it is not a pony tail. It is a nub.Never again!!!!!???

I asked for 1/4 inch cut off my hair, she cut at least 1 inch off. They need a ruler or measuring tape to know the difference! Then she sang in my ear the whole time she cut my hair!! Please do not sing while you are cutting hair. Will no be back, also they are short staffed!Service: Haircut
