Two separate occasions where they've rounded up even after clearly saying no. Very unprofessional, I'm assuming the cashiers are told to so some kind of metrics are hit.

Me and my wife have shopped at goodwill for years but after today we are done.if you think about the way they do business it is all about the mighty dollar for them.think about this and what the Ceo has come up with to trick you. Its pretty clever but dishonest. If you buy clothes they have no dressing room to try your clothes on. They closed due to pandemic as far as I know that has been over for a while but get this if they can get you to pay for your clothes then they got you. they are not stupid just dishonest they have a 14 day return policy.if you get your magnifying glass out and look at the bottom of your receipt you will see the 14 day return policy. They are hoping you will not see that or forget it but if you do return you don't get actual money back that you paid. you get a gift card to spend at their store .Either way they get there money .how unprofessional and deceitful. Mark 8. 34-38

My daughter and I visited this store today for 2 hours and had a buggy full of clothes. We heard glass break from the opposite side of the store. The manager comes over the intercom to say that the children shouldn't be left unattended and if they break something it's the parents responsibility to pay for the items. A manager came out from the back and starts telling at me telling me I'm gonna pay for everything that was broken because my daughter did it. He yelled and embarrassed me in front of everyone for no reason. The employee I had talked to said his name is Jacob and that he's a manager. I told him to go look at the cameras and he would see that he was wrong. That made me want to put every single thing I had in my buggy back and not shop there ever again. I couldn't stop crying because of how he talked to me. I don't appreciate being talked to like I am garbage. It was at the Bells Ferry Rd Woodstock location. I wouldn't give one single star if it wasn't required

I purchased a new dog gate and it was defective. One side would not extend as tall as opposite side. With a receipt, they would not exchange it for another one. I was told the policy was only clothes can be returned.
