Ridiculously expensive! Donate
Your stuff to NLB Thrift
store instead.
And what is the aisle with brand new stuff about?
If we wanted to shop at Ross we would go to Ross. I come to find unique treasures.
FYI that aisle was empty.
And no wonder the shelves were sooo packed. The prices are ridiculous.
Putting people to work?
Well, doesn’t look like it because that line was ridiculous as well.

This goodwill is literally full of trash. I went to drop off a wooden dresser in perfect working condition and was turned away due to minor scuffing in the paint on top, which was intended to belong there to look slightly rustic when it was refurbished. Don’t collect and resell trash and then turn away quality items.

Unbelievable that this location has taken their fitting rooms away. I used to love coming here when I lived in the area. They have lost me as a customer on return visits to Woodstock.

In my opinion, customers always come first. Initially I had a poor experience here however after hearing back from them regarding my review I've decided to change the review. Accountability is major for growth and they are doing exactly that. Thanks for reaching out and assuring me that changes will be made. Rarely do we get things right the first time around. We are human.

I wouldn’t waste my time with this store or it employees and the only reason it got one star is because you have to put something there so maybe -5

Unhelpful & Repeatedly Rude, Won’t Be Back:I’ve donated to this place for 5 years but today was the final day. Here’s what happened:During COVID, they were only taking donations from your car’s trunk, as long as you stayed in the car. Understandable, but I didn’t know the new rules and didn’t appreciate getting yelled at “STAY IN THE CAR!” like a leper when I habitually went to get out of the car to help them load as I’d done several times before. This was strike #1 for me.Since then, I’ve stayed in the car and let them handle it, and it was fine, until today.Today I pull up to an elderly man with a long white pony tail who asked me twice to hand him things from the trunk saying “I don’t go into anyone’s car for any reason at all ever.”. Wow.So as you can see, whether you stay in the car or not, you’re treated like you’re doing something wrong and like you should just know how they want you to do it.Keep in mind, this is while you’re donating things to them for free.So between these two experiences and all the negative press about the funds going to the higher ups instead of people in need, this was the final straw and I’ll be searching for a better place to donate my items to.

Terrible experience at 9425 highway 92 Woodstock : the Asian lady who is manager there does not not like African American people but if she really research her DNA she will understand that Asians are derived from “us”. I’m upset that I found a pretty rug and the tag fell off during transport and the Asian manager would not let me purchase it because she was rude and judged me by the color of my skin, which is very ignorant. Spoke to her manager this morning: he wasn’t useful either: he said he don’t see any rugs on the floor which is a complete lie. I’m not going to cry. What they won’t let me buy: something will be taken from them and they will then understand my pain. As far as the Asian manager go with the nasty attitude: you need to readjust: “ it’s more of us than you “ so please learn to be nice and accept every race for who they are. We can’t choose our colors/our race. Think about it

I'm realizing quickly how difficult it is to write a review like this without coming off as entitled. In my time in the food services I'm rather familiar with the very disgruntled reviews of an un-pleasable customer. It's not my intention to just dump on this establishment. I've shopped at this Goodwill since I was a kid. I've donated countless items to it over the years flipping real estate. And I've never not enjoyed it. I'm here strictly to recount my displeasure with one employee, and one employee alone. The long haired blonde guy working the donation acceptance has been utterly disrespectful to both parents of mine and I every time we've come to donate. I was willing to brush this behavior off once. I'm certain it's a hard tiring job. I don't expect many people donating to be easy on one's patience. But no. Any attempt at being helpful or friendly to him was met with snide remarks. I could go on, but this ain't a struggle session. If you see this guy out front, just keep driving. Your donations will be much more appreciated at the Goodwill on Bells Ferry.

Paul odem said he was the manager, and had no control over his employees, bad mouthing customers and acting like street thugs. Never again ?
