Drove almost an hour to this outlet the day before my vacation to purchase some dresses and other items for my trip. Bought 2 cute dresses and several other pieces and as packing I see the security sensor still on one of the dresses. I tried taking it to different retailers closer to my home but none of them were able to get it off. This is a major inconvenience due to employee 8611424 not paying attention.

Stopped in at 8:30, and they were closed. Store hours state they close at 9PM. ?♀️

My experience at the Gap Factory Outlet was disappointing. I purchased an item that turned out to be defective, and while the store initially agreed to replace it, they later denied having the same item in stock upon my return. Additionally, they provided store credit amounting to only a quarter of the original price paid. It's worth noting that this store seems to inflate prices and then offer discounts, giving a misleading impression of a good deal. Overall, my encounter with the customer service was unsatisfactory, and I'm dissatisfied with my experience at GAP.

Doors close 15 mins before actual store closure time.. They need to advertise the same as they don't allow people inside.Fun fact - All other stores stay open until actual closing time

They had an awesome storewide sale! Decided to apply for their credit card which promo of 25% upon approval. Apparently we got an additional 15%. Our bill went from $458 to $319!! Clothes for myself daughter and wife got a ton of clothes!Staff was so nice our daughter just got braces and all 3 Staff members including store manager had braces and gave great tips to my 11 year old and we thought that was so awesome of them. Store manager Gina is the ultimate multitasker helping us many times over including when we were ready to pay.Great deals but ultimately the Staff made the experience even greater due to their engagement, friendliness and great smiles!!!
