Was cussed out in the store in front of other customers, the manager Chris is an ex marine and constantly brings it up to intimate customers he finds difficult, has anger issues the store is fine avoid Chris

One staff member was helping a customer with renewing membership and trade-in. I waited to check out behind this customer at least 10 mins while 2 other staff members were walking around, talking and doing their things that whole time. Terrible customer service. I guess they didn't care so I put my stuff down and left. Won't go there again...waste of time.

I had an interview with the manager (Chris) yesterday and I was not pleased and I don't tolerate disrespect. If there is anyone that is thinking about getting a job here, don't. It was best for me to NOT start there and again I don't tolerate disrespect. Whoever gave him the management position needs to rethink some things.

The manager Chris is a character tries to act cool and helpful
But doesn’t know how to treat customers
There should be more than two workers to be at that store not just one the worker that was there yesterday by herself needs more training and needs to learn how to talk to customers and not threaten to call the cops on you when asking for a full refund for something you aren’t happy with him letting all my family and friends know not to go to this location to avoid it

Paid for a warranty on controller, go in to trade controller in under warranty (buttons not working, not physical damage but hardware issue). Was told I was only able to get a used controller. They were all visibly dirty. Instead I asked to trade it in and get a new one with $27 of store credit. When I go to buy said new one, im told that the price is incorrect and I’ll be charged $64.99 instead of $54.99. What poor mismanagement. At this point I would rather eat the money and buy from Target in the same parking lot where THEY WILL PRICE MATCH WHAT YOU HAVE IT LISTED FOR AND WONT SELL TO ME. Plus their warranty actually covers it. Also guy cant be bother to get off his phone. I except a response and will go back to check if you actually change the price back to $64.99 or keep the price on the sticker.

Awesome experience. Thought I knew a lot about games already and knew exactly what I wanted but one of the employees made a convincing sale on Persona 3 Reload for the PS5. Glad he did because DAMN is it good!

Awful customer service experience. I bought a giftcard as a gift for a friend and the giftcard was defective. Upon returning to the store for a refund, I was told that they cannot refund the giftcard. Nothing on the giftcard says this, there is no signage on the display where i purchased the giftcard that says "No Returns". This is a textbook false advertising and deceptive business practice. I escalated the issue to their district manager Donald and was told that "It's not our problem". This is outright theft. If you are going to buy someone a giftcard, do not buy it from GameStop. If the giftcard doesn't work, they will not refund your money. Buy giftcards somewhere else, anywhere else.

The little short lady is beyond rude but the guy with the long shaggy hair was awesome. If he isn’t helping you out at check out I highly suggest you leave and go to another GameStop!!!
