Jackie helped me purchase my first home in Smyrna. From the start, she was very realistic about the market and game-plan in order to make our home dreams happen, preparing us for the worst while hoping for the best. Once we were set on a specific property, she recommended a fantastic inspector who found things that needed to be fixed (appliances broken, some possible water intrusion in the past) and then was able to use that information to negotiate down the price, even in the hot seller's market we were facing. We ended up knocking $20k off of the listing price! Closing was a breeze with the firm she recommended, and even after closing Jackie followed up with us and kept in touch regarding our home and happiness in it. Jackie assisted me in selling my home during a complex time. The first rate increase happened just 2 days after I reached out to her and I have multiple health conditions that made showings complicated. Needless to say, I didn’t bring Jackie the easiest situation! Not only did she stay calm through the whole process (even when I wasn’t), she also worked with me to find ways to show my home without it causing undue stress.Jackie is very knowledgeable about the market and has a persistently upbeat and professional attitude. From the start she was clear about the possibilities of the changing market while also encouraging me not to sell low out of fear. In the end that advice saved me from making a $50k mistake. Jackie had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process and was even able to obtain ample time for me to move after closing.My house was on the market not even 2 weeks and we closed 1 month after listing! Throughout the process Jackie was consistently available and completely hands on. I will definitely call Jackie for all of my future real estate needs and you should too!
