Mike and Crystal were DYNAMIC! They took their time and helped me out. They spent over 45 minutes assisting me in detail. This is customer service to perfection! They are an asset to the company and need to be rewarded.

Call to ask if they can resize a watch and they said yes. I drive 2 hours and show up for them to say they don't have any other size bands in the store and I can order one. How incompetent.

Went to pick up new leather bands with my wife. As we walked in we ask if certain skeleton watches were on sale. Olivia said very rudely without looking up from her phone that the ones on the wall were. I preceeded to ask another question and before I can speak I was cutoff by Olivia VERY condescendingly..."Like I said the ones on the wall are on sale" That was not even the question I was going to ask. All this within 10 seconds of walking into the store. My wife had no words...she couldn't take it and just walked back out the store as she was very upset. I chose to stay even with the rude service. I have 12 Fossil watches 4 of which are skeleton watches but only two wrists. I'm still praying you guys bring back 1954...my point is as a G.M. ( my wife also) I would NEVER tolerate my staff talking to my guest that way. We are a black cpl...and I don't know if race played an issue or what. But we were NOT welcomed in your store. Her co-worker Karen...realizing the rudeness did try to come over after the fact. But the damage was already done. Very ridiculous people at the store. I bought a watch for 150$ and when I went to return , they said they can only return 99$ and they couldnt find my receipt in their system through emailand they can onlyGive gift card for 99$

Love this location! They have great deals and if you are ever in the store, please ask for Mike! Knowledgeable guy, great service and also will help you through every process of purchasing a Fossil! I recommend this location to anyone ever in the area and looking for a watch.
