I paid for 2nd day delivery. Box was shipped on time from sales room. Instead of getting shipment in 2 days which I paid for I am scheduled for delivery on the 7th THE SEVENTH DAY after shipment. That's it!!

The Print & Go stations wouldn't read my USB stick and their OneDrive login was broken too. Employee blamed my USB stick (despite the fact that it was working on my laptop) and then said I could use the paid terminals instead. A printing job that should have cost me $5 ended up costing closer to $20 with the time on the terminal and increased printing price on those printers (why is it different?).FedEx doesn't maintain their machines well or pay their employees enough to care. I think I'm better off buying my own printer than coming here again.

Stopped today to ship my packages, always use another location, and ship every day, but my location is closed on Saturdays. I had the worse experience ever, poor customer service. They tried to rip me off with abnormal prices on shipping, employee don't even try to help you, basically losing business for this location, don't even understand how they still in business with that rude, and not professional manager, and employees.

I had to pop into this FedEx location to mail a package and outside of finding a parking space and dodging vehicles and people, the experience was stellar! This particular FedEx is located in the small, yet busy Woodstock Exchange complex located on 92 that also houses Firehouse, Moe's, WingStop, Leslie's Pool and a vape shop. Parking is a hot commodity here, especially around lunch time, as the three eateries next to FedEx eat up most of the spaces. In addition, the lot is small and narrow, so be careful when pulling in and out...folks ain't paying no attention! The interior of the store was well kept, organized and clean. It is spacious for a FedEx and has all the goods and services you would need including scanners, computers, printers, fax machines, packing station, etc...Additionally, they have a good selection of packages, packaging material, greeting cards, school and office supplies. Service was solid. When I walked in, I was greeted by two employees, one on the floor and the other behind the register. Justin is who assisted me with the shipment and he was friendly, helpful and an overall pleasure to interact with. Overall, when I am in need of a FedEx service, this will certainly be my go to location!

My ground shipment was in transit for four days so I shipped the product again over night. Spent a $160 for overnight and took 7days to get delivered...no reimbursement, sorry covid means you pay for overnight and we get it there when it gets there...the ground shipment took 7 days to get there too and it was shipped 2 days earlier and arrived first. I like the $$ model, pay for overnight and too bad you got ground. thanks! enjoy my $$
