Went into store on yesterday the lady who rang me up was extremely rude. She never asked how I was doing or did you find everything OK I just put my things on the counter she rang them up I had to ask her how she was doing and she never asked him return how I was doing and as we left she never said anything at all I said thank you so much have a great day and she said nothing at all. I will not go back to this location because of this horrible customer service that I received.

Not very RV friendly.... my wife LOVES to shop, so while visiting my uncle in Snellville, I decided to drive an hour so she could check out these outlets.... I parked my RV on the edge of the lot, away from the stores as I always do. Security came and asked if I was planning to stay the night... at 2pm. I said "no, my wife is shopping"... They said ok. An hour later, another security guard came by, then another... all asking the same thing. Finally we were about to leave around 7:30pm and I was in the drivers seat with the motor on, and was approached yet again with a security guard telling me his boss is going to call a tow truck on me and I'd better get out of here....I never even was asked to leave! I have no idea why they hate RVers so much, but I will never go back there again.

Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta but the address is in Woodstock, it's kind of like when they advertise "NY Style Pizza" but you are in Boston. I've been up to this outlet a few times and I can't say that I'm ever super impressed with it. You have you Kate Spade's, Ralph Lauren and Brooks Brothers but you also have your mall mainstays like Great American Cookie, Crocs, and Journeys. There's not a definite identity to this place with the upscale and downscale shops sitting side by side. If I'm up in this area I'll stop by but this isn't the type of place to make a special trip for.

New manager. She seemed very nice at first and quickly showed that she was not very good at mentoring and helping employees without making them feel like they're incompetent or stupid. She came off very harsh and on a lot of occasions I would be cleaning the store ringing customers running go backs from the fitting rooms and she would be in the same place folding the same table of clothes for hours all white telling me basically what nonsense I was doing in a way she didn't want me to do. It was horrible and made me feel extremely angry or stressed. Honestly I wouldn't be looking for another job if it wasn't for my store manager being this way. The worst place to work and shop, they treat employees like slaves and the pay really sucks. No wonder people won't last in that job. Staff and management have the worst customer service there at the outlets of Atlanta. Employees are super rude. Oh! Also be careful applying for an EXPRESS CREDIT CARD. Most of the employees lie telling people That is not a credit card and that doesn't affect the credit score just to make them get one but it does.

We live about 10mins from this mall and it's always nice and clean every time we come here. To pass the time we would walk around because it is outdoors but also shaded in most of the areas. They have a good selection of stores to browse. My husband goes to Van Heusen for his work attires and I shop wherever there is a deal. Their food court only has 4 choices, but there is a restaurant there that I have yet to try but have heard great things about. We like Charleys for their philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I also like the fact that they 0ut charging stations at the tables for people to conveniently charge their devices. Bring your own USB cable!!

Terrible management. Store looks like a mess and is empty. There's a creepy Hispanic man working there that harassed me the entire time I shopped. I was told I was stupid for not signing up for a credit card. I will never shop here again until they find new management and get rid of that creep.

I've always loved this place. Close to the city but still far enough where it's pretty much still in Woodstock. They have the best stores including Johnson and Murphy book stores jewelry stores a decent food court other food options around in the area including mcdonald's etc. They offer a coupon book at the food court (customer service) and it's pretty decent! I enjoy that they have great parking spaces and a great selection of stores. Totally a go to location!

I love that they put the new outlets of Atlanta there. I live right down the street and they have ALL of the good classy stores there and I love that about them. Plus they have wonderful prices and their sales are amazing. I love everything about the new outlet.

Black Friday shopping! They have stores for everyone, kids, gab, White House black market, Francesca's, Charlotte Ruse, lots of stores! The deals at a lot of the stores could have been better. It's a pretty mall, but stay warm in the winter, they are outlets! For Black Friday the mall was open from 6pm Thursday all the way until Friday night. However a lot of the stores closed on their own, which was disappointing. I think either all stores should stay open or they should all close. Don't tease me! The foot court is small but good. They have a Johnny Rockets, which is a rare find! They also have a resturant that has vegetarian options. Over all nice mall!

Just recently shopped at this location and was very impressed with their customer service and great selection of shoes! While I was trying on a pair of shoes, not 1 but 2 employees asked me if I was finding everything ok? I appreciated them checking in on me without being pushy and actually being interested in how I was doing with my shopping. I found a pair of shoes that I liked and went to check out. Kellie (the third sales person I encountered) checked me out. We were chit chatting and out of the blue, she asked me how old I was. I told her 64 and she told me about a senior discount I could get! Saved me 15% I believe! First of all many times it is hard to find ANY employee to help you in many stores and secondly, it is almost impossible to be offered a way to save money without asking first. She was also very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, as were the 2 other associates! (I am so sorry I did not get their names). Aside from the great shoes that G.H. Bass makes, Kellie and the other 2 associates made this a very enjoyable and pleasant shopping experience! I will DEFINITELY be going back! Thank you for your great customer service!

BEWARE OF THE ATM IN THE FOOD COURTThe ATMs here are nothing short of despicable! They would not let me deposit money and I'm am now stuck having to get change because we can't put the money on my card! This service is completely horrific. The touch screen was broken (I think) and all it let you do was see a receipt for no transaction or make a transfer. A transfer to what?! Do not let the deals and good smelling food fool you! You have been warned...

Typical outlet malls. Clean bathrooms, parking is a bit crowded. So that care on busy days.

When I saw it from the highway, I got excited due to it being so close to home and an outlet mall. When I arrived and parked my car, I found it to be filthy and not at all welcoming to a patron without a dog. There was dog crap everywhere.

Locally at great place to drop off your teenage daughters and say have fun!! There are a few good spots for dads around the corner to hang out while they shop. On the shopping note, great Yankee Candle outlet and a few others. Mostly a chip place but it all good. Now there is a Costco just up the road which offers some more good reasons for me to be at a mall
