Lame store. Rude worker says “take it up with corporate” after asking for clarification on a return question, so no more shopping at Eddie Bauer for us. On top of that, their products are not anything like they used to be in terms of quality.

Helpful staff, good selection of clothes and accessories. Visited an Eddie Bauer outlet recently and was impressed by the wide selection of clothing and accessories. The staff was notably helpful, making the shopping experience even better. It's great to find a place that balances quality products with excellent customer service. Definitely a recommended stop for outdoor and casual wear enthusiasts.

They no longer honor quality of their Merchandise. Now say it's normal wear tear if does not hold up. I had receipt, wore a light weight jacket a few times and tried to return since frayed and fuzz bumps within 5 weeks. I was denied a return. I was told to get razor trim cut the fuzz bumps off myself on a $60 jacket. Disappointing!

it's a great store! Clean, organized, and it smells like fresh clothes. However Eddie Bauer is one of those stores who puts their logo on everything. Like you're paying to advertise the company. And despite it saying its a clothing store, its more of an outdoor place.

We go here for my oldest because they have stuff for tall dudes. They have a pretty good selection and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
