I've been taking my pet to East Cherokee Vet Clinic from past 3 years and we've been very happy with their service. The staff is very professional and friendly. Easy to get same day or week appointments, staff is great when it comes to follow up for annual checkups or med refills.
We went there last week for an annual check up, vaccination and refill of his heartworm med. We were in and out within 40 mis and costed around $285 (annual check up $55 and other for vaccines).

Taking a very sick senior cat to a vet is never easy. Dr. Hagget and the entire staff was very kind and compassionate. Thankfully Gray-C is doing amazing. Every time I have gone in for follow up appointments or to pick up a prescription no matter how busy they are they are very kind. Great care and customer service. Highly recommend!!!!!

Love this practice. Everyone is extremely straight forward which I very much appreciate. The cleanliness, quality of care, obscure questions I have are answered. Totally dig this practice and Dr. Norman. She's a no fuss, straight to the fundamentals lady. Happy to be a patient with our 6 very different animals!

We were referred to this vet when a stray we took in needed surgery. We loved the experience and the staff- and decided to bring our very nervous great dane in after an awful experience somewhere else. They were so incredibly kind and patient with my girl. Seeing how my dog reacted here was amazing compared to the last vet! The vet and staff was careful not to overwhelm her and really paid attention to how comfortable she was with things and they didn't push her out of her comfort zone at all. I may or may not have had some happy tears at the end over how well my baby was treated! We live over an hour away and will continue making the trip. You won't be disappointed choosing this place for your fur babies!

Wonderful veterinary. Moved from VCA Pets are People Too to East Cherokee Veterinary and so glad we did. Everyone is always pleasants to speak to. They are prompt with getting you seen as quickly as possible and everyone is very knowledgeable and care about your pets. They call the next day to make sure everything is okay with vaccines shots and if symptoms, make sure to get you in quickly if you need it. They really seems to care and the overall office doesn't feel stuffy.
Oh and the best part is that their pricing it very reasonably. VCA was charging us $110 monthly per dog which includes 5 office visits, the yearly round of shots and 1 teeth cleaning. That comes to $1,320 for the year and we have 2 dogs.
Those same things cost a total of about $900 at East Cherokee. If you have a dog that's never sick, VCA was a complete rip off as ideally, you'd only be in there once a year so should cost $200ish. All that to say, so glad we found East Cherokee Vet as they don't over charge for vaccines and office visits costs.

Important medical questions are answered by vet techs, NOT by the vet. Follow-up care after a major procedure was non-existent - my dog died because the procedure impacted them adversely and my concerns were disregarded.
