My original CVS location was of no help today, Traveled to Woodstock store. The help I received was unbelievable. They now have my business. Wonderful staff! Thank you!

Pharmacy told us our RX insurance was not accepted when CVS and Insurance website said it was. Then it took 20 minutes to pick up 2 prescriptions (only customers) thanks to their archaic computers and POS systems.

If I could give this pharmacy more stars I would. I see there are many 1 star reviews simply because of the Customer's impatience and disrespect- they forget this is the busiest pharmacy within a 100mile radius BECAUSE IT IS 24HRS! SO THANK YOU TO EVERY Pharmacist and tech that has ever answered my questions, taken the time to answer my phone calls and been SO pleasant every time I have had to go in there to pick prescriptions up.
Cursi has been especially helpful this week and I hope she and everyone else working there get a fat raise soon.

There were no available appointments with Minute Clinic, but the automated said I could do walk-in. I sat for over 45 minutes in the waiting area. I got there shortly after 230 (their lunch listed as 130-230), but no one came out. The CVS employee I spoke with thought they should be there according to their timetable.
Also, the customer bathroom needs cleaning and fixing.

The dark haired kid upfront at checkout needs some training or kept away from customers. If you have to keep him, use him for off the counter work. Outright rude , also no picture taking jobs for him

Pharmacy staff is rude. One prescription was in a “hold” status for days after my provider reapproved my refill. When I called to find out about the delay, the woman who answered the phone sounded angry. After asking about the status while looking at the prescription online she said it was an insurance issue. When I refreshed my webpage while on the phone the status changed to “preparing”. She just updated the prescription status while on the phone. Her attitude got worse when asked if I needed to take additional steps to continue getting refills.

Literally the worst CVS on the planet. It’s minimum 30 min wait to pick up your meds at any time of the day. They put meds back on the shelf before they are suppose to and try to make it your fault, then they blame it on a computer error. They keep charging my old insurance too and I ask them to fix it everytime and it never updates. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

Their phone system has been down for 3 days. That means any prescription called in or faxed by your doctor is not being received. They are aware of the issue, but don't care. Isn't that negligence... My husband was seen at the Minute Clinic and his prescription called in and left on the voicemail. She did this while we were in the exam room, so we know she did it. We waited a few hours to get the "ready to pickup" notification, but nothing. I tried for hours to reach them on the phone, but it wasn't working, so I walked in to see what the problem was. There were other customers there with the same problem. The pharmacist John didn't care my husband couldn't get the prescription he needed. He told me to call the Minute Clinic customer service number, but they were only able to send a message for the NP to get in the morning. They apparently don't have anyone who works on call. My family is transferring all prescriptions and will never spend another cent here.
Update: We were finally able to get his prescription today and the pharmacist said sometimes their system just doesn't work. Its a known issue. Didn't even apologize. Didn't care. Unfortunately I don't remember her name.

I was forced into transferring to CVS by Aetna insurance and it's been a nightmare. I submitted an online transfer request for my prescriptions at this location, yet no one at CVS could seem to figure out what was going on with my scripts. I called during multiple shifts trying to find someone who can help, just to be given different answers and told the "pharmacy manager" would handle it. During this time, I was spoken to in the most derogatory tone by a female pharmacist who clearly seemed burnt out. Additionally, I was made to be the middle man between CVS and Walgreens multiple times to no avail. When someone did reach out to me via phone call, they left me a 25 minute voicemail, forgetting that they had not hung up. This voicemail violated HIPAA, as the pharmacist was discussing other patients, personal information, and medications for 25 minutes before realizing she was on my voicemail. No one at CVS ever helped me and I ran out of my medications. Finally, I called my doctors' offices pleading for help and they had to send in all new prescriptions for me because CVS couldn't manage a basic transfer. Luckily, the majority of these were filled except one. There were never any updates provided to me as to why they could not fill the last medication. I would NEVER remain at CVS if I wasn't forced into it by my insurance.

Absolutely horrible!!!!! save yourself the stress, attitude, and frustration just find elsewhere! This was just my first time ATTEMPTING to use them and honestly it shall and will be the last. It takes for ever to get to someone then they pretend to pick up but that leads to them hanging up “accidentally”. I know customers and customer service because thats what I do they are horrible and don’t care.

35 minutes on hold to transfer a prescription that they said they didn’t have and I needed to find myself somewhere else. I found at Walgreens but couldn’t get in touch with anyone to transfer prescription

The pharmacist with an Indian accent is horrid. She really should find a job without customer service being in the job description. She wouldn’t give her name, so sorry for the terrible description.
