I have been a member of CrossFit Garage for four months and the experience has been great so far. The environment is friendly and supportive, and the coaching is fantastic.I am in my late 40s and hadn't exercised consistently in over 25 years before the Garage. Everyone made me feel welcome and encouraged me to work at a pace that was right for me. Because of this, I have already seen positive results in the short time I have been here. I am looking forward to continued improvement.

I've been a member of the CrossFit Garage gym for four months now, and it's been an incredible experience. The community here is incredibly supportive, pushing me to reach new fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgeable and always available for guidance. The variety of workouts keeps things exciting, and I've seen significant improvements in my strength and endurance. The small class sizes allow for personalized attention, making each session challenging yet achievable. Overall, it's a fantastic gym that I highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey.

I just started CrossFit and they were so welcoming to me :) I’ve been going for about a month and a half now and I can’t get enough. It has really helped me get back into shape and I’ve already seen an improvement in my strength. There’s also a ton of class times so I can always go. I strongly recommend!

In town for my son's baseball tournament and decided to drop in a couple of days at CF Garage. Great environment, felt comfortable from the first second I stepped in and to top it off coach Jamie is a 49ers fan! Definitely going to stop by again when I'm in town!

Dropped in to a 6am. My 2nd drop in during ATL trips. Coach was friendly and knowledgeable. Accommodating to experienced CrossFitters and beginners. Great facility and gear; nice folks. No hassle. Recommend 100%.
