Unbelievable. They were sent here from Kaiser and I have never seen anything like this. We get a call the day BEFORE. We can't just stop everything to wait for them. This has repeatedly been a problem.
I understand high volume and low staff, but simply put, this is not worth it. There are others who set actual appointments.
We have had a couple of good therapists, but one is absolutely awful. To the point, she spoke about our situation on several occasions without knowing everything to people not related to us
Simply unacceptable.

We recently used Amedisys out of Woodstock for my mother who was at a memory care unit. My sister and I were not familiar with hospice services but what a difference they have made in our life. We had the best nurse, Lenny Meyer, who took excellent care of my mom. He stayed on top of issues with her and prompt care given whenever she needed medication. He knew how to talk with my mom and actually got to know her. They made our transition to memory care easier for the family. Our family is very grateful to Amedysis of Woodstock for your services!

Used them a few years ago for father in law and now for mother in law. Same frustrating issues! Time and time again we would request we get a call the day before the nurse comes and it would work once maybe. Nurses are knowledgeable and caring once they are there, but when someone has to be there waiting with a patient ALL DAY for the nurse to show up or even call makes for a very poor rating for the running of the office and getting requests to nurses.

The entire staff from therapy to nursing to aides are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
