I would go for a 5, but not at this location. I have been a regular customer of Cole Haan online stores & outlets over more than 16 years. My last experience on the (16th of June 2024) at the Woodstock, GA location was (-1 star). "Kelly" is a new hire store manager at that location and was by far the worst-ever customer experience/interaction I've ever had. Kelly has no interest in following Cole Haan policy but rather making her own policy. I won't be coming to this location again so long as she works there and so long as Cole Haan accepts and retains such employment standard. Details of this interaction is listed below:
I came into the store (16th of June 2024 at approximately 6:30PM EST) asking for a price adjustment for a shoe that I had bought on the 22nd of May 2024. I was told that it can only be done within 14 days of purchase date which is fair as it is listed on the receipt. I had then asked to return the shoe and buy it again, to which Kelly said no I can't do that and not allowed to do that. I asked why ? she had restated that I won't allow that without elaborating more as to why. I have re-asked where does it say that on the receipt or return policy that I can't do that ? She responded and said I can return it, but I can't rebuy the same shoe. I have asked again where does it say this on your return policy ? She then responded with frustration and unpleasantry that she was going to do me an exception and return the shoe, and take all my personal details (phone, name and email) and allow me to buy the shoe again. This was not an exception as I was within my entitlements for a return. I have asked for her name which she did give me, and when I asked her to provide me with her employee ID she stated that she doesn't have an employee ID, when it was clearly visible at the check out register. I have then contact Cole Haan with this experience to which I've received an automated response that their team will get in touch within 1 business day. No further interaction or communication was made since my contact with Cole Haan on the (16th of June 2024(.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a Cole Haan! Super friendly and helpful staff. The manager, Victor I think his name was, was super helpful gave me the perfect amount of space vs attentiveness. He was perfect at his job. Could not be more happy with this visit. He was able to help me into a shoe I would never have got before this visit. And I love the way they look on me. He really knows his styles and product in general. Every store needs a Victor!

My fiancée and I had the pleasure of coming into the store this past Sunday. The whole staff was kind and knowledgeable, but Victor was the icing on the cake, he helped us find the right fit and shoes for our occasion. He was just wonderful. We will be coming back to this location just for the A+ customer service. 10/10

Kyara Render was the most helpful salesperson we have had in a while. She showed us everything we asked for but also made sure we knew about the clearance section also. She made sure we got all the discounts and deals for the last day of that sale. I'll be back just because of her. She is very polite.... Thanking us for shopping with her as well.

I'd been having such a difficult time finding the right shoes for an upcoming event. I'd been to several stores and along with limited options their customer service left something to be desired. I am so grateful for the assistance is received form Jaleah at this location. Even though i only had a vague idea of the kind of shoes I needed, she was patiently showed me a few options until i found exactly what I needed. My feet tend to be a little wide, and she was still able to accommodate my needs. I plan to return and make additional purchases. The staff at this location should be praised for their fine patience, effort and professionalism.

The only shoes I have found that I can wear all day on my feet (9 hours) and my back and feet never has pain! Not all their shoes have worked the same, but I swear by their women's Zerogrand brand.
