Had such a good experience with Mrs Mary Fagan today. My husband and I needed a joint checking and she was super personable and helpful and overall very friendly and easy to talk to. I’m so so grateful for all of her help. Thank you Mary!!

Poor customer service. Rude behavior. Was told that a manager would be with me to help me figure out about savings bonds. And waited for approximately 15 min for no one to show. Just walked out.

this chase bank is terrible. i just deposited almost $1,000 in their atm, and it ate all my money without depositing any of it into my account. and now i have to wait up to 10 business days to get my money back!! TERRIBLE.

There atm is consistently down like very other week it is down. They have no other atm you can access. Don't recommend this location unless you want to go to another one

Kind and helpful staff. Came in having a weird issue with having duplicate checking accounts and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes.

I had over $3000 deducted from my Chase checking account over a 7 month period. The money went to T Mobile for a phone and service that I never requested or received. We had to close our checking account which was a thoroughly horrible experience with days spent contacting all of the accounts attached to our banking account. And I had to do it twice because a banker at Chase gave me the wrong routing number. Chase returned the first two months of the fraudulently deducted money. After a few weeks Chase took the money back out of my account stately that the fraud wasn't against me but against my husband. The bank had found this out through a conversation with TMobile. We have a joint account, and my husband had not requested or received anything from TMobile. So we go through the same process again with yet another police report and fraud packet sent to TMobile. TMobiLe has never responded to the fraud claims in any way. Chase Bank is now saying that they will not make any reimbursement because it wasn't reported in the first two months. If that is the reasoning, Chase should have told me that on day 1. Also why wasn't I reimbursed for the final two months of the fraud since that report was within the time line? A truly horrible experience with both Chase and TMobile.

Walked into the Woodstock branch and asked to open a new bank account and they said they could not see me for two hours. If they can accommodate a new customer better than that , they do not deserve my business.

With 1 customer in the bank, they refuse to open an account for me without an appointment which is available in a few days.Really— this is the epitome is big banks. They don’t care at all. Take it or leave it.I went to credit union instead who opened an account on the spot

Honestly, I have NEVER been more frustrated, disappointed, and disrespected. Just don't bank here. I was attempting to open bank accounts for my twin sons and they just flat refused to help the first, second, and third visits.Imagine being 13 and all the excitement of opening your 1st bank account to be treated as invaluable. The staff's lack of giving a darn was defeating for these boys and certainly was a bad 1st impression of #adulting. These could be lifelong customers and were treated as less than respectfully. This is at the Towne Lake location.In an update... we made an appointment at the Chase off of exit 20 in Canton a week later. Such a completely different experience and one that has my teens asking more finance, banking, and investment questions a common conversation after our visit to the Canton location.

Before I share my experience, I should mention that I have only been here once for personal banking, not business. I applied online for a chase credit card and received two letters from them basically stating that they believed my application was fraudulent. At 10pm I setup an appointment for the next day at 1:30pm and I was able to talk to an extremely helpful lady who was able to get everything straightened out and I left having been approved for the credit card with no worry of fraud. The appointment times are kind of short for large matters, but that was not an issue for me. Overall seemed like a nice clean bank with people who wanted to help. I will be going out of my way to come here instead of other locations unless they do something terrible.

Went to drop off my deposits for my store and instead of just taking them like normal so I could get a receipt for my boss The lady (the new branch manager) sent me to walk outside and put them through their night drop box at noon. Not a fan at all of this new branch manager. Very rude and unprofessional. Been standing out here for 10 minutes waiting on them to finish with the drive thru customer just to make my deposit after standing inside in line for 10 minutes. Definitely will be closing my personal acct. here after my interaction with this lady.
