This was the fastest most reliable and communicative closing I have ever been through. We had Bain Ayres as our rep and he was amazing really helped my wife understand the paperwork and answered all the questions she had. Bain was great in being responsive and explaining the details during the process. The closing date for our home was beyond the normal 30 days due to the seller's needs, and Bain made sure that our interest rate was not impacted negatively by this. He remained available throughout the entire process, which was very appreciative as little things kept developing along the way.
